Rainy here too..hopefully it will clear up soon.

Yesterday, Neil and I installed a privacy fence on the side of our back deck that faces the neighbors....it came out nice.......let the topless sunbathing begin....

Today is "add more plants to the back deck" day....might be tough to find anything this late in the season.

Oh MP...yes, Jr. was kept overnight for burns on the insides of his legs, and the bottom of his chin. He was racing corvettes this weekend in CA, since it was an off weeekend for NNC. Unfortunately, I think this will prevent him from this appearances this week but he will still be racing in NH

Don't these pros know not to take chances that can affect their real profession???? I remember a Pats player who broke his leg playing volleyball while in Hawaii for the Pro-Bowl....and I don't think he ever played football again! I realize accidents happen but caution also helps!

OK, off soapbox now. Sounds like lots of folks have seen Mystic River. We considered it on Saturday but all copies had been rented. Good thing I guess since I couldn't stay awake anyway.

I found out that my friend's DH was sunbathing naked last summer getting ready for their cruise .......I vowed to NEVER drop by unannounced!!!!
Somehow the whole thing just seemed WRONG to me.....he hung sleeping bags to block the neighbors view but still...........eeeewwwwwwww

Good morning everyone! I have a lot I didn't get done last week that I need to do this week. I really shouldn't ever take off the last week of a month. It is always too busy around then.

Sandi, I am a bit nervous and excited all in one. I'm used to traveling by myself, but this seems so "foreign" to me... even though it is Disney. I am so glad Nancy is sharing a room with me though!

I need to run, I hope you all have a wonderful day (with all that naked sunbathing going on )

Anyway, IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Just caught the end of a WDW commercial. They have a deal going (Dog Days of Summer??) where values start at $74 in August and $85 in September. I don't know if this is a better rate than any of our August travelers got so you may want to call and find out. I had a friend who I told about the 7 for 5 deal after he had already booked and they rebooked for him and he saved about $600!

Steph, I can't believe that crash! The pictures are bad enough, and I can only imagine what the video looks like. I'm not sure about other sports, but I have seen a paragraph inserted into certain baseball players' contracts that prohibits them from participating in a ton of other sports. It's interesting to see the wide variety of activities they are banned from participating in.

Lou, thanks for the heads up on the WDW info. I know that Sue and I are using the Visa deal that came out months ago that is a 7 for 4 deal. I couldn't pass that one up!

Ok ladies the husband has left the building!!!! That means the weather should clear up any minute................since his vaca is over for now...........it's back to the grind stone for Lou!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dog is happy, at least with Lou going back to work he gets his share of Lou's breakfast again maybe I won't have to drug the dog to calm him down afterall

My oldest will be learning highway driving today, so stay off the highways in Loubonville til further notice.
