E - I was having problems w/ my connection and on IM last night too. Very frustrating.

Bad news yesterday for me. My girlfriend who owns a salon is going to be moving to Florida in a couple of months. She is also a sorority sister of mine. She has been cutting my hair for 16yrs now, and only charges me $20 w/ free highlighting whenever I want, and she doesn't charge Shannon. Oh the horror............

I have mentioned it elsewhere, but not here yet. It seems that rumors might be fact and that somewhere in my building they are letting people go. The optimistic thought is that it will only be management (thank goodness for lack of promotions here ), but only time will tell. They usually try to get us first thing in the morning, but meh... as much as I really love what I do, I get tired of this. Even after all the time I've kept my job here, this is still never fun. Oh well... so think good thoughts... supposedly today/tomorrow should be it *sigh*

E....I have been having terrible connection problems for about a week now. Anyone that has me on thei buddy list is probably sick of seeing me pop on and off. It's driving me crazy. I dont think it's an AOL thing, I think it's Comcast because I am having the same issues if I go straight through IE instead of signing on to AOL.

Today's plans include some major shopping. I need to get moving on Sam's bithday party stuff and I want some new clothes for Texas.

Off to find the riddle

Lars, that is so cool you two will be able to spend time down there together at WDW! Do you usually go for Dylan's birthday? Not this year for me, but I might look into it for the future.

Bethany, I use Road Runner (no AOL at all fortunately) and we still are having issues. Who knows what is up with that but I hope your connection gets better soon.

Happy birthday Adam. Sandi, enjoy your time at the lake. Yes, we planned the cruise when we did because of our anniversary. It was our gift to each other. Allen knew he might have trouble getting away in the summer and we also knew it would be hotter. I don't do heat very well, so we celebrated early.

SB, I agree that you'll just need to make a trip south every few weeks. Where is she going in Florida? Seriously, hope you find somebody you like in the area.

I've been having connection trouble with Roadrunner, too. Last night I was so frustrated that I'd been popping on and off all day, that Allen called them. As soon as he called, the connection remained up and they didn't do anything. Go figure.

Thanks all... w/in our group it is done. Still not the happiest today because of it. You get to the point as the group shrinks, you start losing friends. This is the only thing I truly hate about my job... and I think I've seen it enough...
