I had my wisdom teeth cut out on my birthday last year. They removed 5 and said there was part of a 6th, but you know how we all marry our cousins down here so what can you expect?

My jaws were swollen for a few days which meant I could not work some extra scenes in "Big Fish" which was filming at the time.

I hope David feels better soon.

Okay, since there is talk all over the board of Independance Day plans and I already posted this elsewhere, time for a little helenabear cut and paste:

Plans for the 4th? We will leave tomorrow afternoon to visit my brother and family in South Alabama. Yes, he does live in a double wide with a satellite antenna on a dirt road, with a flag pole that may or may not have a Confederate flag on it....and I love visiting him.

(Yes, this is all true)

When I go to his house I get to see stars again (stupid city lights), sit on his screened in porch and listen to all the critters, see deer feeding in his yard in the Fall and Winter.

Needless to say, we will go in together to some local fireworks outlet and shoot them in his backyard.

One of the highlights for me was when it was just Kevin and I waiting in line for one of the slides and he looked up at me and said: Thank you for bringing me here, Mom.......I'm having a really fun time.

AWWWWWWWWW i love those moments! Glad you guys had so much fun!

E- I"ll be here this weekend to keep ya company , dh has to work all of the holidays so except for seeing some fireworks on sunday night I have no plans and sat. night my ds is spending the night with my nephew. I"ll be home alone as well

Alan- I have some relative that live out in the country and I have to admit it sure is nice to visit!

I'm headed out to get my nails done , then the dh is taking off this afternoon since he worked yesterday (his usual day off) and we are going to visit our good friends who had a baby yesterday. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.....The nursury is gonna be a little hard to swallow but i plan to b- line it straight for their room. I've seen some new borns at church and I did ok so I don't expect a melt down in their room. The nursury I'm pretty sure would be insta-break down.

The Dh anticipating this has promised dinner out and Spiderman 2 after (all together now........awwwwwwww)
