I think I will be fine too. I asked the girls on my local Knot and some of them applied for theirs the week of their wedding. So 11 days should be fine! 17 days is soo soon!! DF is so scared to go tanning! It's so funny! I hope he doesn't chicken out!

That will give me something to look forward to after the wedding and disney are over. I have been in LOVE with Gavin Rossdale since 7th grade. I used to have posters of him covering my walls from top to bottom! Can't wait to see him!! The last time I saw him in concert, I touched his hand and cried like a baby!

YEAH !!! I Cant wait! we are going to have a blast! and i must say looking at those pics we might have to reverse "our plan" hahahah I hope the weather is nice that night!!

Allison, I still stand by my opinion of Beyonce... can't stand her, I think she has a huge a$$, and I hate the music video and what she's wearing in it. Single Ladies is just kinda appropriate though!

Steal away! There are so many songs you have to pick!!! When we booked our DJ like a year ago, he gave us a list of all the songs we'd need to pick! I never realized there were so many!

The SATC movie song was the regular theme, but with more band. It's only like 63 seconds or something like that, but I think it might be too sure. There was a girl from The Knot that used it, but I don't know how that would work. I also considered the opening song from SATC that Fergie sang, but I think Single Ladies would fit better.


I was up late last night trying to come up with songs that I love instead of the ones I picked just because I needed to pick something, and I found a nice version of When you Wish Upon a Star by Billy Joel and A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes by Michael Bolton. I may use one of those for cake cutting instead of Dean Martin(blah). Would that be cheesy??

I never heard the Billy Joel version of When You Wish Upon a Star until I stumbled upon it last night on youtube!! I love it! My dad's not really an upbeat dancer, and I'm not much of a dancer either (even though I know I'm going to have to at the reception), so I don't know. I'm going to talk to him tonight and see what he comes up with.

Really? You think a shirt and tie is too dressy? Hmm. The restaurant we're going to is not fancy or anything, but DF doesn't go to church without a tie, so I was thinking it would be appropriate. I'm not sure though, I never paid attention to what people wore to rehearsal's before!

IUP is close I think, maybe a little over an hour? I don't know for sure!! But my dad is an IUP alum!!

We just had all the guys either wear a dress shirt or a a gold collared shirt (do you know what I mean) and nice pants, either Khakis or something. I think a shirt and tie might be too dressy but that is just me. And no I don't think those songs are tacky at all.
