Angel Stadium

We will be going to an Angels game on our visit to DLR. At Rockies games we generally just buy the cheapest seats leave the kids in strollers and stand at the top of the first level. Is this possible at Angel stadium? Are there any cool play areas at the park for the kiddos? Are snacks allowed in the parks? I seen only bottled water is allowed but seen nothing either way about food. Thanks in and acne for the help.

We're regular Angel fans (about ten games a year). Never tried the stroller thing, but you can definitely bring snacks. We bring peanuts, granola bars, etc. even when we don't have the kids. If your game is on a Sunday, there are family activities in the outfield concourse early in the game, otherwise no activities that I'm aware of. Enjoy your trip and game.

I don't know about the strollers but all I remember is that we sat on the 3rd baseline during an afternoon game in August and it was miserable. The sun was beating down on us and it was so hot! If we were ever to go again, I think I'd sit in a different section, not facing the sun!

We have seen the Angels live for a while now but aren't the cheapest seats still the "nose bleeds" seats? Last time we sat field level or first level the prices were a little high but not cheap. The last time we paid for cheap was the nose bleed seats. We also sat upper left field Were they take your food/drink order and serve you - also pricey!!
The BEST seats we ever had were seasoned seats 7 rows back from the Angels dugout!
All fun times but now spending all our $$$ on DVC!!

We actually will be going on a Sunday. What kind of activities are there for kids? Should we plan on being there extra early or do most things happen during the game? I guess the better way to ask the question would be does the stadium have SRO areas. I'd they do will we get a good view from the main concourse. I would prefer spend seven bucks a ticket and never sit in my seat than pay 50 and have the kids only make it through three innings.
