IF the May cruise is going to be a repositioning cruise to the West Coast, meaning Panama Canal, you can count us in!! We're celebrating our 10 year anniversary in May 2005, and that would be a perfect trip to take with our two kids (they'll be 7 and 4). We'll both be 35, so I hope you don't mind some young'ins on the trip!!!

I hope disney has something big in store for all of you turning 50 in 2005 . It is exciting to think of a 10 day cruise in May filled with loads of Disers. We won't be cruising that year but will watch out for the reports of those who do. Be sure to all report back about your fun

Hey Rae~ You can count on the 3 of us for this one, especially if it's June, July, or early August. Taylor will start HS in late August 2005, so I wouldn't want her to miss her first few days of that. A repositioning cruise + a big Bday celebration for you guys sounds like fun! Yes, Doug will definitely come on this one. He doesn't want the girls to keep having all the fun!

Doug celebrated his 50th & our 25th anniv. last Nov. on the Magic. I will be 50 in 2006, so I'll look at it as a year long kick off to my upcoing celebration too LOL! We would love to help you and Andy celebrate in style!

Maybe Raisin Butt is lurking on these boards... If he comes, he'll make everyone turning 50 feel like 25 again!!!! LOL! Can you picture the look of terror in Taylor's eyes! Not HIM again....

We can work on getting the ship warmed up for your mutual birthday bash this April! Kind of a dry run! How does that sound! Only 60 more days...

May 21st actually, but my DD's birthday is May 11th (my screen name is her initials and her birthday), so it could be a double celebration for us!!!

Rae, I wouldn't have said anything if it had been me who was feeling left out . I was trying to speak for others ( and did it badly as I was feeling "testy" that day ). Thanks for making everyone feel included but I won't be cruising after our first cruise for at least 2 years. We will be living in Guam and having beach days year round so I can't even feel sorry for myself. If we like cruising as much as I think we will, I'll be booking for 2007. Perhaps you will be planning something fun again by then.

I am most jealous about all of this talk of a new 10 day to CA. If we were living here one more year I'd be on your list in a heart beat.

We've been planning a trip to DL for about a year because DH turns 50 4/26. We have the cruise booked in April but intend to move it. Our first choice would be the relocation cruise back to Florida in August, but depending on what's offered, may change our minds. End of August would cover my birthday too (don't want to be left out). We've also talked about May because that's our anniversary.

For a repositioning cruise through the canal, Judi and I would want to go. We'd be a bit overage, if Andy and Rae are only letting those born in 1955 on board. Would steerage space be available?

Andy - if you can't say "speculation" with more enthusiasm I'm going to UNinvite you - now we are only going to be thinking positive thoughts about this.

I mean just how much disappointments can I take in one 12 months period - after all, I'm still trying to recover from losing Fidelio and Dueling Pianos - don't overwhelm me negative thoughts!!!

Karen (KEH), I love you - but you already knew that. I do expect that you will consider joining us - after all the Barnards, our other favorite British family are coming along!!!! We need to balance this "international" cruise out - so tell Mark, I'm begging!!!!!

And think, if they go West through the Panama Canal in mid May, then they will have to go East through it in late August!!!

twhipple - now you are thinking!!!!! I believe that we are looking at the going East in late August, due to the school schedules. And to celebrate a birthday then would be just great!

Cap - I thought you were going to treat Judi to the WD Suite this time around!!!! We'd love to have you, and don't worry we aren't age prejudice!!!


As the time gets closer - I mean, just how many days til we find out the DCL schedule - TOOOOOOO many!
We need to find out about a group rate.
If anyone has an IN at DCL or with a TA, maybe you can ask some questions about how many for group rate, etc, etc.
