Well I need to try to finish Andrea's trip report before next weeks heart surgery, I Think I Can!!
We started our day off by getting some breakfast at our hotel, I doesnt compare to the wonderful breakfasts at the Village. After a quick breakfast we hop on a bus to Epcot. The bus was pretty crowded, lots of people headed to Epcot. We got a wheelchair then we were off.
First we went to Spaceship Earth the kids liked this ride, I wasnt sure Matt would like it but he did. We liked the part at the end the pictures of ourselves in the future, very cute and funny. Somehow Matts face didnt show up so we told him we would go on it again later in the day. Next stop was the Land Pavilion we went on the Living with the Land ride the kids liked it. Off to the Seas and watched Crush very cool the kids and the adults liked this one. We did some things in each side of Innoventions the kids and I liked the Great Piggybank Adventure, Grandpa and Grandma rode a Segway, and Matt played some video games.
After that we met a bunch of characters. Andrea met with Chip and Dale again, after that we had back to the hotel for a break and a late lunch.
After lunch we enjoyed a dip in the pool, it was so refreshing and the kids loved the water sprayers.
We had a meeting set up with Andreas 1st grade teacher. She was in Disney the same week we were and wanted to see each other. They had dinner reservations at a restaurant in Epcot. We headed back to Epcot and did a few things in the front like Spaceship Earth again. This time Matts head showed up in the end cartoon. Matt was happy. After we got out of the ride we came out and the skies looked very threatening.
Next off to the World Showcase, but first we have to get our Kim Possible phone and headed for Canada. We ran into Andreas teacher just as it started to sprinkled a little and the wind picked up and the air cooled off. We talked a little got a couple of pictures and they headed for their dinner reservations. We then headed for Paris, France for our Kim Possible adventure; the kids saved the world and solved the case. We went through some of the countries and rode some of the rides then at supper at the American Pavilion where our cashier was from a town outside of our hometown. Small World she loves it in Florida, she doesnt mind the heat.
We did some more countries and then hurried to find a spot to watch IllumiNations. The kids and adults enjoyed this, Matt especially liked it. Andrea and I ran to the wheelchair return and met our party in front by the Epcot ball. We got some pictures in front and headed for our bus back to the hotel. Wow, that was a busy, fun birthday. Back to our hotel to crash, tomorrow we leave our magical trip. Thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation they are wonderful, awesome and great.
