Okay, for all you experts...

IF we are staying 2 nights in a WDW property resort and buy tickets as a package...are we able to purchase MYW tickets for longer than our stay? Say buy a 6 day with park hopper (14 day expiration or not)? I'm asking because we are looking at coming in on a Friday and I don't want to use our DVC points...thinking of staying at a value those first 2 nights...but we want to get into the parks that first day.

Yes, you can! I am staying for one night in July at All Star Movies on the MYW package, and I'm buying 7 day hopper tickets. After the ASMo stay we are transfering to a DVC. SO, yes you can!!!!

Thanks so much! Now if I can just get Dsis to agree to the value resort...when I agreed to donate some points to the trip and she could pick up the slack elsewhere she said..."Oh, DD has always wanted to stay at the GF...I could pay for those 2 nights".....chin drop! Well, that wasn't exactly what I was hoping for...maybe pay for my tickets or airfare....oh, well...I'm going to WDW anyway!
