For those who have seen my previous thread, you know about my situation. For those who hadn't, basically a conversation between the reservationist at the Dolphin and myself led to some misinformation that could have ruined my Christmas trip. However, the amazing people at the Dolphin resolved everything for me in a matter of hours! And they weren't even responsible for this, yet still went above and beyond for myself and my family. So I just want to let everyone know about the wonderful help they have given me. I honestly do not know how to show my appreciation other than to write this thread for all to see. I feel that I have been given 5 star treatment already and my trip isn't even until December! Not one, not two nor three; but rather several people worked on my issue until they were able to fix it. And then if that were not enough pixie dust, they upgraded me too! I am ecastic and completely grateful to the Swan and Dolphin. I have stayed here once before and it is beautiful. A prime location at Disney World. This is now my favorite resort ever. Thank you Swan & Dolphin 100 times over and over again! My daughter said that this is going to be the best Christmas ever and because of your awesome hotel and staff, it will be!
