were we supposed to receive any information about the cc club?
we sailed on the Wonder in the summer of 2002 and have never received anything about the cc club..
and when i booked for the summer of 2004 i forgot to ask if there are any benefits to being a returning cruiser....are there?

Make sure it is noted on your new booking that you are a CC member, as there is a return cruiser gift, as well as the return cruiser cocktail party. This last time we received a pin, and a beach towel per each of our cabins that we had.

my daughter sailed February 2002 and has never received anything. I told Dreams Unlimited when I made our reservations and they made a note... So hopefully, she'll get the towel and the pin next week!!

:boat: I sailed in August of 2002 and I never received a thing either. I called Disney number on there web site and they took care of it for me. They sent me my card. You may want to try that.

I've sailed 4 times since 10/01 and have yet to receive any info from Castaway Club. I did call and get my number. My father sailed with us in 10/02, together with 4 other cabins of family--he was the only one who received Castaway Club mailing,

We sailed in Sept 2003 on the Wonder. I was pleasantly surprised when we recieved our Castaway Club membership card and documents in Ootober. I assumed by reading this boards that we would probably need to call and ask for them. In our stuff there is a phone number of 1-800-449-3380. It is for the 'exclusive' reservation and info line. I would call it and request your card and membership number ASAP. With it you get certain perks during check-in and then a special cocktail hour with the crew before sailing. I guess you recieve a free gift too. Last I heard it was a beach towel.

thanks for the info everyone!!
i did call them a few months after our cruise, but we still never got anything..
i'll call them right away to make sure it's noted on our reservation for the summer.

Thanks again!!

I'm going to claim to be a first-time cruiser again. I'd rather have a $50 stateroom credit than a beach towel and an invite to a reception!

There needs to be some consistency in the way they send out CC Member Cards. We had to call several times in order to receive ours after our first cruise last Feb. Some people seem to receive theirs without asking & other don't receive anything unless they request them. Maybe it depends on which travel agent you use. Cathie:boat: :grouphug:
