IT was the same way for me and DH. I had the exact same feelings when I met him. Now I worked for him, so had years to come up with something! What you may have is love at first sight. GO BACK and play it cool, stay calm and chat with her. Then ask her out or for her phone number if you get that vibe that she is interested.

My DH was the shy type, so he had to get a few drinks in him to get up the nerve to tell me what he thought of me! I knew him though, so was not put off by the drinking, she might be!

I think Ginny would be intrieged if the hostess told her that you asked for her section.

A long time ago, I was working in a gas station (the very station that my DH was working at, but that's another story). A young man came up to purchase a quart of oil. A half hour later, back to the booth to purchase transmission fluid. I made a comment that it appeared that his car was in trouble. Third trip, he asked for a date. I was engaged, but quite flattered that he made the effort.

Moral of the story: trying may not work, but the effort may put a smile on her face.

My opinion is that you gain nothing without at least going to eat a few times !

I agree that you should go for dinner and ask for her section. Take some deep breaths and smile. Most any girl would be flattered that a guy thinks she is the prettiest girl around. The fact that you plan to go back and ask for her table is romantic! Go for it. As my husband would say, "No guts, no glory!" The worst that can happen is that she turns you down. If you don't try, you'll always wonder the what ifs.
