I'm a little behind but- I think its a good idea to schedule the first haircut for early in the day. We were going to take Everett on our last trip when he was 10 months, but I didn't think he had enough hair. He's got plenty now, and we're going to do it on this trip.

Those bunny pictures are soooo cute! There is a place around here that does live bunny pictures, and I've been thinking about it, but I don't know if it would be a good idea with Everett. He is obsessed with animals right now, and I don't want to see the bunny get mauled. He can stay home and harass our cats where I don't have to worry about getting cited by the humane society for animal right violations.

Have fun in Nashville, its so nice to get a night out, and especially nice when it involves P.F. Changs!

It was great seeing you and Seth today. I'm glad I finally got to meet Luke and Anna, too. Hope the boys were not restless in the car as you traveled. It looked like they were both prepared for the journey. Jill said if she had known Brooklynn's game was going to get rained out, she could have come up, too. Maybe they'll be here next time. Thank you! The bunny thing is really popular for Easter around here. Yep, we love PF Chang's. And we always go there b/c my sister doesn't have one close to her where she lives in Connecticut so she always wants to go there when she's home. We have one about 20 minutes from us so it's not as big of a deal, but she gets really excited about it!

At the rate Seth's going I think he'll have just enough hair. It's starting to get thicker everywhere and the texture of it is thick like my hair. Seth did "smack" the bunnies but didn't hurt them. It was funny more than anything.

You too! I'm so glad we were able to meet up. The trip wasn't bad. Seth got fussy around Atlanta and Anna had to "rock" his car seat but it wasn't awful.

Hello everyone! Sorry it's taken me so long to get these up. It's been CRAZY since we got back from our TN trip. Thanks for being patient, as always.

So we left last Thursday night (4/14) after I fed Seth dinner. I swung by Anna's house, she and Luke jumped in the car and we were off! Around 8:00 I got in the back seat of the car and gave him a bottle and he was out....or so I thought. He kept waking up and crying the whole way to Chattanooga! I'd have to reach back behind me and sort of rock his car seat and he'd drift back off. I thought maybe it was the new car seat since we switched from the infant seat to the convertible seat a couple of weeks before the trip. I thought maybe he just wasn't as comfortable in it and couldn't sleep well. That is until we got just past Chattanooga and he started coughing and, not to be gross, but you could tell it was more than a cough. We pulled off an exit to get gas and I found that he'd gotten sick. His little belly was hurting. That's what had been wrong. So I cleaned him up and changed him and then he slept the rest of the trip.

We got to my mom's house around 11:30 and all went straight to bed. The boys had been out anyway, so it was just a matter of carrying them to bed. The next morning we got up and got breakfast to go and took it to my grandparents' house. Here's Seth with my grandpa, his namesake (Russell is Seth's middle name and my grandfather's name).

This picture cracks me up. I have no idea why he was crying but he was fine 3 seconds later.

We hung out there with my cousin and uncles and aunt for awhile and then drove down to the mall to meet my ex-stepmom, sister and brother so we could get Seth and Margot's (my brother's daughter) pictures made for my dad for Father's Day. They were also having Margot's 2-year pictures made since her birthday was on 4/14.

My sister hasn't seen Seth since he was 6 weeks old in mid October so she was super excited.

She got him a little Dale pirate doll.

My brother was cracking me up. He kept telling me how gorgeous he was and he couldn't get over how much he looked like me. NOBODY EVER says that!!!!! Brett saw him at Thanksgiving but he's changed so much since then.

Margot wanted to hold Seth.....

She is so sweet with him. She keep saying, "Babeee Beth." It's hilarious!

After they got Margot dressed for her pictures I was about to get Seth dressed but they wanted to play some more....

I love you, Margot!!!!

Here's a video of them. So sweet! Margot was all about it until Seth touched her dress and then she was like, "Um....hands off, buddy!"



For some reason Seth wasn't feeling the pictures too much. We got a couple of good shots but not many. When he gets fussy he refuses to sit up - he arches his back and starts crying. It doesn't happen often but when it does you might as well forget it! Here's a couple of my favorites.....

Soon after I got him undressed (he was hot in that sweater) and put him in the carrier he was out, so he was just fussy b/c he was tired!

After that we met my dad for lunch. Apparently his nose tastes good!

And Aunt Brooke's hair is fun to pull!

Dad bought Margot a Dora guitar and she LOVED it! She played with that thing the entire time we were at lunch.

After lunch we headed over to Monkey Joe's so I could meet up with Erica and Will and my friend Melissa and her baby girl Anna-Grace. I think Will is a month younger than Anna-Grace. Anyway, it was really nice to catch up with them. And Luke (and Anna) got to enjoy Monkey Joe's while we visited.

We then headed back to my mom's house and relaxed for awhile. Then later that night my mom babysat Seth (she was in heaven) and me, Anna and Luke road the commuter train, the Nashville Star, downtown. Here's Luke enjoying the train ride!

My sister met us at the station on 1st Avenue and we rode with her to PF Chang's near Vanderbilt. We always eat here since Brooke doesn't have a PF Chang's near her in Connecticut and we all love it. My brother decided to try a new look......

We rode the train back and by the time we got back to my mom's house we were EXHAUSTED!!!! My stepdad was still up and told me my mom had fallen asleep in bed with Seth, so I had to wake her up so I could get in bed. He's a very good cuddle bug.

That's all for tonight. I'll do the next day as soon as I can. I also will have an update on Easter weekend and Seth's first trip to the zoo!

but I love Savannah-I've been there a few times now.
My dd trained down in Brunswick for 8 months, so that was 2 times.
I just was there at the end of March with my 2 sisters, sadly
the tulips were all finished.
We ate lunch at Paula Deen's, or Dean's.

Your report should be in the pre-trip section, is it okay if I move it, then after your trip, I can move it back.
P.S. please try to keep your pre-trip to WDW planning.
