a few weeks ago I received a call from Chase bank while I was on vacation, alerting me to the fact that someone had used my cc info (not the actual card) to make several thousand dollars' worth of purchases. Chase recognized the red flags right away and called me, and were very good about removing the charges, shutting down the card, and issuing me a new one, which was a bit of a bummer since I was then on vacation without my cc.
When I got home I noticed that I'd gotten RR points for the fraudulent transactions. They're still on my RR account. What is the protocol in this situation? Do I get to keep them, do I need to alert SW, or what?
