An Imagineer Fell For Bill - **New 10/19 Last 2 installments**

I thought of you as soon as I saw that chair! Good ole Paul!

I couldn't imagine having to wear heels working for WDW. I have to take a picture of PAUL!! I got all excited and Bill looked at me like I was crazy then I had to explain what the happiness was all about :rotfl2:.

:lmao: Corn dog nuggets and creepy clowns, that's how I'm known around these parts! :rotfl2:

Looking forward to reading the next update!

Thanks!

Walt Disney World: The Way We Were
11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Join Walt Disney Archives founder Dave Smith as we explore vintage pictures of Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts, including rare photos of construction and a fond look at some favorite attractions, shops and restaurants of the past.

We were so happy when this logo popped up:

Dave was very entertaining; I could have listened to him for hours. After this it was time for lunch, they had someone there selling basic lunch items and we just decided to eat there.

I know these installments are very picture heavy. I hope I haven’t bored you to death.

Next installment… Destination D end of Day 1

thanks so much for the update. i loved seeing the pics and remembering those fun rides. i would like to attend something like this and be able to learn so much. looking forward to your next installment.

very cool looking at all those constructions pictures.
Funny how now I follow along with the construction pictures of the new Fantasyland and someday they may be shown

Great pictures. It's so wonderful to see everything coming together like that. :) Can't wait to read more!

Pics are nice! Not as good as being there, but fascinating nonetheless. Thanks for posting!

I love all of the pictures! Definitely not boring in my opinion. I love seeing things from construction up.

Loved the pictures! Very interesting... the construction progress is just fascinating to watch.

Thanks for sharing all of those great pictures!!! I LOVE them all!!

It's funny because we watched two different Disney Parks videos on Netflix yesterday. One of them was about the building & opening of Magic Kingdom so it was very timely for me to be looking at your pictures today. :goodvibes

The pictures were so interesting. It makes me appreciate all the effort that went into making the parks.

Great pictures!

::yes:: and a helipad, which my mother I accidentally wound up driving on one night:guilty::rotfl2:

There's a helipad in Epcot behind the land and the seas. If you go on the Segway tour (nature inspired design I think it's called), you practice there. It's neat!

Tracy...not boring. We are living vicariously through you!popcorn::

I liked all of the pictures! It is interesting to see how much has changed AND how much has stayed the same.
