An homage to Phineas and Ferb

As the title says, I wanted to pay homage to Phineas and Ferb for bringing me so much amusement. I sing "Squirrels in My Pants!" and "Little Brothers..cuz they're younger, we're related, and they're boys.." constantly. I wait with bated breath to hear what gem Ferb might utter during the episode. I root secretly for Doofenshmirtz, and look forward to his "back stories". I even have told my teenaged daughter that when she starts dating she is to look for a boy with one eye larger than the other, who has green hair and wears his pants pulled high. I mean, how much marital ******* would be avoided if the man spoke as seldom as Ferb? Plus he's so handy.

Well, I'm sure I should stop before I type something I'll regret later, like at my sanity hearing...

we LOVE "Phineas and Ferb" here too!!! We're 2-40somethings and a DD12. Never could get into Sponge Bob and the like(though we do like Penguins of Madagascar").

I really think P&F is really well written and I love the voice talent! It cracks me up that Richard O'Brien (Rocky Horror) voices the dad!!

we were so disappointed that we couldn't find P&F merchandise at WDW this year - especially nothing Perry!!!!

Bow Chicka Bow Wow is my ring tone for my dh and Doofenshmirtz Evil, Inc jingle is for everybody else. LOL!!! We all enjoy watching P&F. I have threatened to invent a ToyGoAwayinator if my kids don't start putting up the toys, and I sometimes find myself singing, "Those boys are evil -- E-V-I-L B-O-Y-S."

I also made this jumper since we couldn't find any character clothing at the time. LOL!!! (Oops... ignore the thread on Phin's face. )

We really aren't obsessed. It is just a fun little show that we can all enjoy together.

My DH and I also watch it and we are in our mid 30's. I think we like it more than our kids do. It's just so funny without being stupid and clever without being too cerebral. It's one of the best shows on tv.

love it too! My DS is a big fan and so are the grown ups. When ever the theme song starts my not yet 2 year old screams MOM!!!!! just like Candace.

This may sound lame but I like the show because Phineas and Ferb are smart. They aren't morons. They are creative and witty. They are active and imaginative. They aren't nasty to their parents and they even adore Candice.
