Kathy! I just finished catching up on this PTR/TR and its been wonderful reading! Have you always had links? I'm not sure why I wouldn't have subscribed to this? What a nice, relaxed time you guys had, love the pictures of OKW. The Pirate and Princess Party sounds magical, and I laughed out loud at your boating adventures. So sorry this report is nearly over, but I'm looking forward to hearing all about your fall trip.

Are you writing a pre-trippie for your F&W trip? I didn't see one on the board, but maybe I missed it....



No Pre Trip report....it would be very uninteresting and I do very little planning. Have ADRs set and the resort chosen. The rest of it is go with the flow once I get there. My adventure might be 10 days with my mom, our lunch once a month is pretty much the extent of our patience level with each other.

Leaving is always SO sad! DD8 and I are always in tears as we're leaving, which sometimes even provokes DD12 (depending on her mood). DH, however, just rolls his eyes...here they go again He just doesn't get it (he's getting better at understanding, though). Are you sure we can't just stay there forever?

On our upcoming trip, my plans are for Epcot to be our last park (unless DH changes his mind and we go to MNSSHP ), with dinner at Le Cellier, before heading back to the BC for the night. Maybe it won't be so traumatic this way...time will tell!

OMG!!! Look at my trip ticker!!! I didn't realize we were so close!

I really at your post script!! Don't you check your ticker every day like the rest of us.... to make sure its moving??

*Sigh* I suppose if we could stay forever, the magic would eventually wear off...

Our longest trip was 9 days, 10 nights.... how I'd love to be able to do that again!!

I figured out how to do the links about halfway through the report. I have to say that it was quite tedious going back and adding them, so that's why I haven't done it on my Halloween PTR.

When I start the actual trip report, however, I will definitely do the links!

I'm a die-hard planner, but I have to admit that I envy the go-with-the-flow attitude! Hope that Disney Magic will be working full-force for you and your mom.

Hi Kathy - I just thought I'd let you know that I was catching up on this report now Just reading the chapters of course! I've gotten to Animal Kingdom so far. You are a great story teller - this is making me look forward to your Halloween trip report for sure!

I also always look back, getting that last glimpse of the castle as we leave the Magic Kingdom for the last time.

Sadly, we have no plans at the moment for a WDW visit. I am really pushing for a California (and of course, Disneyland!!) trip next year, but we'll see. Convincing the husband is always the tough part . But knowing you have your fall trip planned, I can look forward to your next trip report and live vicariously through you!!

Well, I'd gone out of town for a few days to visit my BFF in Charlotte, and had been swamped the days before, so I hadn't had time to read much, let alone post, so...

Your post about leaving was SO sad I just wanted to cry with you. I can see my DH feeling the same way about getting up and leaving, too. Can't wait till your next TR! I either didn't start, or got really far behind on your PTR, so I'm not sure if I can tackle that one (that's A LOT of pages!!!). Thinking about starting my own PTR...maybe...we'll see. Gotta start working on homeschooling stuff now.
