New to this thread and I'm seeing great pics here. Hopefully I can also share my pics soon.
Have a nice day everyone.
Welcome!! Thanks for reading
Good luck on all of your classes. Take good notes and don't let your mind wander!
On our 2005 trip, we made Trent stand by a mood ring to have his picture made. He doesn't do well when he's tired, so he had been in a bad mood a time or two. We thought a picture by a mood ring was appropriate. He didn't even realize what we were doing. We just told him to 'stand over there', and he did. It's a private joke between Jill and me....and several hundred Disers.
Thanks--I'm going to try so hard to be good! No making lists, pretending to take notes.
That's hilarious about Trent! My dad sometimes refers to me as "Morning Meg." It came up a few years ago--my cousin (who lives downstairs from me) was playing basketball in the driveway at 7 AM, and our driveway is right outside and below my room. It was my day to sleep in and I was really annoyed, so I went outside and asked him to stop. When I got back upstairs, my dad said, "Eric met Morning Meg?" So now that's what I'm referred to when I'm mad or it's too early for me.
Thanks so much!
Hey Meghan,
I just noticed your PTR link, I have some catching up to do! Subbing now so I can find it again
Can't wait to hear all your plans!
ETA: hey, I just saw reference to me on page 1! I feel so honored!

Country Bear Jamboree
Hi Katie!!! Thanks for reading!
Yup, I added it after reading your report! According to my mother, we saw it, but I can't remember, so I need to refresh my memory.

I found my camera cord! I finally remembered to ask my dad, and he said, "the kind you plug in to your computer?" Yes. "Oh, just check in the kitchen cabinet. I found a bunch of cords and rolled them up and put them in there." I opened the door, and my cord was the first one that I saw. The kitchen cabinet is not a place that I would have looked on my own, and I wish that I had asked my dad sooner, but now I can finally share pictures!
These first two are from Christmas.
Kailyn got a teeny-tiny stapler,
and a giant calculator.
The giant calculator is one of the two things that she
asked for for Christmas. The other thing was a claddagh ring. She kills me.
Now, on to the 1994 Disney pictures!
We went to Universal Studios once or twice as well, since this was back when we rented a car. I had to take a picture of the parking ticket. Five bucks?? Does anyone know much it costs now?
We were down there for my tenth birthday--I got this!
My dad and I at the Hoop Dee Doo revue.
Kailyn at 14 months old. She's turning 16 next month.
This is where my wooden indian obsession began, apparently. Here I am at 10 years old in 1994,
and at 24 years old in 2008.
Mikey and I at Chef Mickey's. This was pretty much the only way that you were guaranteed a picture with characters without 18 other kids in your picture.
I wish I knew where in Epcot this store was.
I took this picture of an entire page in the album, just to show what it was like before character attendants--it was pretty much a free for all. This was at MGM.
Me, my dad, and Mike on Splash Mountain. Michael had the exact same expression on his face each time that we rode this. He was almost seven at the time of our first trip. We know that he liked it, despite the look of sheer terror on his face, because he was always willing to go on it.
This was at MGM. Note my stripes and polka-dot attire. That was an outfit that came as a set, and I LOVED it.
Not sure where this was taken. That's me sitting to the left in the pink sundress, pink water shoes, holding a bright pink camera. I think I was in a mood.
I went to Target today for the sake of purchasing a corkboard. I have one in my room, but I want another one, because I plan on buying some pins when we go down. I'm not going to go crazy (at least, I'm gonna try not to.) I think I'll do something like MeMom and purchase a pin from Pop Century, a pin from each park, and one pin of each of my favorite rides. If I find any Nightmare Before Christmas or Wall-E pins, I might have to make an exception for those. My mom got me really cool Jack Skellington pin for Christmas--his head even turns from happy to mad! So far, my pin corkboard only has that pin, and my birthday button from last year. I can't wait to buy some. My dad got my mom, Kailyn, and I each two $25 Disney gift cards, so I know where most of mine will probably go.
Have a great night!
