Sadly I think your only options are calling or chatting MS. I've never seen it noted online.

The only place online I have seen request information is through the My Disney Experience drop downs when checking in, but those are very limited and have nothing to do with any notes you made with MS.

Any requests made online (by yourself through MDE) will show up on your check in information online.
Any requests that a CM made for you over the phone will not show up online and the only way to check is by calling.
I wouldn't be embarrassed to call if I were you. I'm sure they get these types of calls all the time.

If you made a request over the phone, I actually think it's a good idea to call back at a later date. Ask if they have your request on file. Make them read it back to you. I have made requests, and discovered at check in that there is no record of my request.

I have to trips coming up. I don't remember seeing a "request" when checking in on line for a while. I remember the days when we could check off - near pool, bus stop, etc. I don't usually put in any request for my BCV stay. Wondering if I should put one for my OKW stay.
