Thanks Tracy, Maria is still sick but feeling better than she was yesterday. I hope you are doing okay, I know this is a tough time for you.
Amy: My kids do take vitamins, and they are normally very healthy. As for the the fast food, it has never been a thing with them since when I eat it, I tend to eat it when they aren't there! I never let them eat sugar coated cereal or have soda. I am amazed (as I am sure you are) at how many of their friends start their day off with a bowl of sugar and drink soda regularly. This is the one thing with food that I am proud of. Obviously I am a work in progress, but my kids have great eating habits. I hope they always stay that way.
I didn't weight today, I just didn't want to leave dd home alone. So I plan to go tomorrow instead, my leader does a Sat. meeting so that should work out. I also plan to go to the gym today, normally Friday is my day off with that but since I took yesterday off, I need to go today. I can go as soon as Matthew is home, and here to keep an eye on his little sister. I was set to walk last night but it was 38 and windy and I just couldn't bring myself to go. Where is spring??? Thank goodness I have they rec center which is climate controlled since its cold today too.
Tomorrow, I plan to do some Easter shopping, both kids were supposed to be gone to an inner city community center tomorrow to do a neighborhood clean up and an Easter Egg hunt with pre schoolers, and now I don't think Maria can go. Ds is still planning on going with his best friend so that's good. I am so pleased he is doing all this coummunity work, with his church group and on his own, I was proud, when it snowed recently, he headed over on his own to shovel our neighbor's driveway. She is the one whose husband passed away in January. He's a good kid, its nice to see him going from little boy to a nice young man. Now if he would just get a couple of those grades up! I swear he never gives me a minute's trouble except with slacking off at school in the past couple of years. He keeps telling me the advanced curriculum makes you have to be too creative and "thoughtful". Um, well maybe that's too bad!
I have no special plans today or tomorrow with family or friends so that should help the old WW food plan! It is so easy to get off track when you eat with others! Sunday is brunch with our friends and that will likely be a food and Mimosa fest but if I behave otherwise, that should be fine. Of course that is what I thought last week. We'll see how that worked out tomorrow when I weigh in.

I do plan to look up the points for champagne and limit myself to one or two and I am making my brunch casserole lowfat so I'll know how to count that. Since I don't like ham that can be avoided and hopefully, she'll have a fruit salad or something. Then I will have one lemon square and hopefully that is all in the sweets department! I don't nomrally buy my kids more than one chocolate bunny each and a small amount of jelly beans (which I hate) so I won't have a bunch of candy around next week. I plan to get them each some Disney Dollars for their baskets which are zero point treats that I can't eat!
Happy Easter and have a good weekend!
Forgot to post food for today (Friday).

I am not hungry today. I hope that doesn't mean I am coming down with dd's crud. I may take her in for a throat culture tomorrow, she has a sore throat and some nausea and I want to make sure. Its full blown strep season still around here. I can't help but wonder if our wacko weather plays a part. Yesterday it was 50, the day before 75. I will never not do flu shots again! She is so bummed to miss that mission project tomorrow, she was really looking forward to doing the egg hunt for those little kids.
