AMEX White Glove Treatment

I am not sure where to post this questions, but I figured I would try here.

Does anyone know what you get with the American Express White Glove Treatment?

I check both AMEX and Disney websites and came up with no info!!

We are doing the land/sea vacation package and I know what the benefits are on the sea portion, just not the land portion. We are staying in the CR Tower for 3 nights before the cruise and then the CR North GW for 3 nights following the cruise.

Please let me know the benefits and what is included.

We got the WGT this past May. We receive two Amex lanyards and 4 AMex pins upon check in, and a book listing a bunch of deals at various DD restruants (sp) for lunch. I think you also get discounts at TWOD store at DD if you spend over a certain amount.

Sorry this is kinda vauge.... I had forgotten about the AMEX WGT when I handed the front desk clerk my card.... the lanyards were a surprise... and once in our hotel room, we were so wrapped up in our orignal plans we didnt bother with reading any of the info...
