So I had to get a replacement card for my son's Amex pass that he lost... I got it last year when they had the $50 bonus
In order to activate the new card they are asking for the birthdate...i did not give the real one when i enrolled as i believe the kids had to be a certain age..so I tried a few different years and now I am locked out to activate it online.
Before I call and I guess will have to fess up to them...has this happened to anyone else? I checked the parent page and there is no birthdate info from when you enrolled.
