Honestly, I thought that Nicole's picture sucked. It was arguably the worst picture in the bunch. Her facial expression was *boring* and her body looked dwarfed by her dress. She looked hunched over and extra small. I think that the judges were reaching for nice things to say about it so they could keep her. I still like her, but if they are to live and die by one photo at a time, Nicole should have been done for. Did you notice how Nigel seemed especially uncomfortable when Tyra said they made their decision? I think he might have preferred one of the other girls to stay.

BTW, I *was* surprised that two girls went home so I wasn't totally spoiled :thumbsup2.

While I am happy with the final two, I really didn't think either picture was that great. Nicole's was not one of her better pictures. Maybe it was just me, but I thought Laura's picture was weird. She looked cross-eyed to me. Strange.

Everyone on the internet seems to hate Laura's, but it's my favorite. Nicole's is second, Jennifer's is thrid, Erin's is last. Erin is so forced, and so predictable. Jennifer is trying to be couture but failing. Nicole does look kinda short, but still beautiful, and Laura looks majestic, and powerful.

I think they looked at the whole body of work and not just the one picture this week and I'm definitely pleased with the final two. I would be happy no matter which of them won.

No surprise on the final 2.

Here is my thing....alot of the competitions do not include enough runway time, just photos. They really need to include more runway competitions in order to make a better decision imo.

Knowing what we know about Tyra and how she doesn't always pick the "best" photo to display, I wasn't surprised to see the one of Nicole that was shown. I agree with Nigel that Nicole's picture was good from the waist up. Just like last week's picture.

I honestly thought Erin would be in the final two last night after watching her photo shoot. But looking back through her photos at the end, she definately was going downhill. Her pictures were much better in the beginning. And Jennifer was on the way up. She just didn't progress fast enough to make it to the final two.

I think that Nicole is a shoe in for the end unless Laura steps up and nails the walk. It looks to be a good show next week.

I like them both and agree Nicole should win. But Laura is just so cute and sweet! I think she will really struggle with the commercial. That dyslexia and accent will kill her. It is amazing how different she looks on TV and in photos. That is one of the things I love about the show, seeing how differentthey can look.

Oh, I do hope Laura wins! She's one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth girls they've ever had on ANTM! (besides Norelle from Cycle 3, that is)

I don't know if Nicole will win it over Laura because personality is a big deciding factor for them. There's been a couple of past seasons where they have chosen one finalist over the other when the runner-up seemed to have had better pictures and better potential as a model because of personality (Cycle 4: Naima over Kahlen, Cycle 5: Nicole over Nik, Cycle 6: Danielle over Joanie, Cycle 12: Teyona over Allison) it's a matter of opinion, I know, but in each of those cycles the runner-up seemed to be a consistenly better model than the winner. In the case of Sam vs. McKey in Cycle 11, though, Sam obviously had more of the relatable Covergirl personality, but they didn't chose her. So it should be interesting. I think a lot of it will come down to the final runway.

I do think Nicole will win it all but if Laura does win I hope one of the judges line her up with a good speech coach so she has the opportunity to book commercials.

I like both of them and I am very glad that they are the final two. They might have to work harder to land runway jobs in the beginning due to their height but they both should not have a problem with either print campaigns or commercial work.

I am also happy with the final two.I think Laura is adorable..and I think the dyslexia could hurt her ..but I think they can work through the accent. There was that one winner from a couple cycles back..I can't remember her name..but she had a big accent and she won.

I think when Nicole smiles..she is beautiful..I think she and Laura are going to make a great final show..and I really don't care who wins!

I also think Analeigh cycle 11 (one of my top 5 favorite ANTM girls), has been one of the nicest people on the show.

When they showed a montage of Jennifer's pictures her mouth was open in every one of them. I hadn't really noticed that before, and I am surprised that none of the judges mentioned it.

For some reason Nicole reminds me of Heather. Not so much in looks, but in that kind of awkward personality. I am really happy with the final two, and I don't really care which one wins at this point. :)

One of my Ds has been so busy with homework that she hasn't had time to watch most of the episodes. When she saw Jennifer's montage of mouth open shots she said, "How did she make it to the final four?"

Laura is a delight (and I certainly can't say that about any of the ANTM contestants.) She's sweet but not the stereotypical sweet girl. Last episode, she went first for everthing. She really got down in the crunking part of the dance. Always a surprise, but in a good way.

Can we talk about Laura's sunburn?!!!

Last night Tyra said that Jennifer looked really good with a tan but hated to say that because tanning isn't good for your skin, etc etc. I think someone should make an on-air apology to Laura for putting her in such conditions that led to her serious sunburn. She was wearing heavy sunscreen and still got fried. (When we went to Costa Rica we all wore the heaviest sunscreen on the market and my kids still got the worst sunburn of their lives after about 90 minutes outside.)

I noticed that the hula challenge was done at sunset. Was the sunburn the reason?

I don't know what real working models do in situations where their skin is likely to be scorched, but I bet they don't do it willingly.

It also shows you how quickly it all is filmed. I bet the whole Hawaii time was just a few days.

Oh I was wincing for poor Laura when she had to roll around in the sand!

And just imagine that Laura gets to go back to Maui with Jennifer, since she won the challenge! She'll have to deal with that sunburn all over again.
