Well I understand why Brooke is still there. She's good, just green. People want her to succeed and are giving her a chance. I understand why Syesha is still there, she's been doing quite well recently. I don't know why America decided to get rid of Carly before Jason. That doesn't make sense to me.

I'm sorry to see Carly go. She was one of my favorites. That's life. America doesn't always share my preferences.

Well, I haven't voted yet this season, but if I did, I would vote for Jason and I am 39.

I missed the show last night and am so sad to read that Carly is gone. She and Jason are may favorites.

I was really hoping we could finally get rid of Brooke last night, booo.

I was shocked that Carly went home before Syesha or Jason. Wow.

I really wish American Idol would change their voting procedure to one vote per phone number. That would stop all the little girls from voting non-stop for 2 hours. And since you would only have one vote, you'd absolutely vote for your favorite.

I can't believe that Syesha and Carly were in the bottom last night. It should have been Jason and Brooke with Brooke going home. Yes, Brooke is a good singer, but she's not a good performer. She can't handle the pressure. Carly is a good singer and performer and she will do well. Unfortunately, this show is a a popularity contest. My favorite (David Cook)is still there, but Chris Daughtry and Bo Bice were my favorites and look what happened to them (on the show). I know he will do well without winning but I would like to see him in the finale.

I don't think I would consider what happened to Bo a problem. He finished #2 to Carrie Underwood. And she is the best seller they've had (Kelly is still my favorite though).

Even though I adore Jason, I think David Cook should win, and I agree someone needs to do something about the voting, so you can only vote once. David A. has a great voice, but it's getting dull. And no way in heck Syesha should have been in the bottom 2 and Brooke safe. I like Brooke too, but she has not been great lately, and this week was a mess.

I think she needs some enunciation lessons.

I really thought Jason and Brooke would be in the bottom last night. If they were being judged on just their performance no question one of those two should have gone home.

I like them both but they really messed up the other night.

I think it will be a battle of the Davids in the final 2.

I know a lot of people complain about Jason still being in the competition, but I really like him. I think he is sweet, charming and a very good singer. His voice is very soothing. I have a couple of his songs on my ipod and listen to them quite often. On the other hand, I have none of David A, Carly, Brooke or Syesha's. Their voices or song choices don't appeal to me. Jason's do.

Did anyone else notice that Carly got the lyrics to the first chorus right last night (and had mixed them up a bit Tuesday night)?

Regardless, she shouldn't have gone home before Jason and Syesha. Hopefully, she's gotten enough exposure to land the recording contract that she really deserves.

I was shocked that Carly went home too. I didn't care for her but she is better than some of the ones still there. David C and Jason are my favorites and the only ones I have downloaded from iTunes.

I think the voting needs to be changed to more that Dancing with the Stars. The judges gets a vote and then the viewers votes are added to it. They also limit the number of times you can call per phone number.

Brooke should be going home tonight. It's just WRONG that Syesha should be in the bottom two. Her performance last night was excellent.

I thought it was wrong to have Sayesha and Carly in the bottom two. They were the two with the best performances the night before (I didn't catch that Carly had mixed up some words). Based on performances it should have been Jason and Brooke (two of my favorites) in the bottom two with Brooke going home.
