American Idol Season 9

Yeah I like the first Iron Man too and I dont really care for those type movies...can you believe a guy that doesnt like Iron Man type movies...

I hate to say it but I like Chic Flicks.......and anything Kevin Costner does....However "The Hurt Locker" is one of the best I have seen recently

Anyway, I'm going to try and FF thru it tonight. This morning they were talking on the radio about Ryan and another guy dancing while Tim was performing. They said the judges were laughing and just being rude. Did that really happen? If it did, I'm going to start voting like crazy for Tim. If they are going to disrespect him like that, I hope he wins.

Looks like it's Katie and Andrew's time to go, but who knows???

I'm just glad we don't have to suffer thru that fake save act they put on every week.

Ryan was dancing with past contestant Michael Sarver. I;m not a big fan of Tim's but I also thought that it was unfair, especially since he was so sitting so close to the audience. At least the judges gave him good reviews.

the judges weren't really "laughing AT" Tim. the dancing wasn't even brought up until they got to Simon and he asked "was that Ryan dancing with a random audience member?" or something like that.

now Ryan, on the other hand, was annoying as hell lastnight, and i didn't think it was necessary to do that while Tim was performing. i'm glad Tim didn't even look over because i would have cracked up if i were him.

In my opinion:

Lee, Casey and Tim were the best of the night. Even though he sang it well, I was disappointed in the song Casey picked. There had to be a better song out there for him to sing. I hope his selection doesn't hurt him in votes.

Crystal and Katie were OK

Aaron and Siobhan were OK to a much lesser degree

Andrew and Mike were just terrible. I don't get what the judges heard in Mike. I think he did a terrible job in changing In the Ghetto. By taking all of Elvis' deep voice sounds out, Mike changed this into a trite song. Didn't like it at all.

I thought that Adam did a great job mentoring. Good advice. I don't get all of the comments about needing to help out Adam's career. I don't follow sales charts but he must be doing better than last year's winner. I actually hear Adam on the radio, hardly ever hear Kris. I would like Kris better as a person but Adam has the voice.

Also, big cheer for Jason Castro's album. He is still my favorite (sorry all of you David Cook fans) and I hope his album sells well.

i don't get what the judges see in Mike, either. he does nothing for me.

there were no "comments" someone asked why he was on the show, and i linked them to what the Idol producers said. so if anything, be upset with the idol producer for going around saying that.

one of my best friends is a huge Jason Castro fan. i have to remember to mention to her tomorrow when i see her that he has an album out finally. i don't think anyone will take offense to you liking him, he was pretty good!

I didn't mean to address the Adam comments at you. I too had read the interview with the AI powers that be that mentioned that they needed to have Adam on to help him out. Their comments didn't make any sense to me.

Finally buzzing thru the performances from last night. I choose Dancing with the stars results and then Glee. (how bad is this season that I'm more interested in whether or not Ochocinco is safe on Dancing then watching these snoozers! I don't know if I want to or )
