And did anyone else think that Sanjaya knew he was going to be safe? I think his "I'm shocked" thing was kind of an act. Like he knew he was safe, but didn't want to look like he knew he was safe.

anyway, i'm kinda surprised, but only a little. because even tho most of you don't like Sanjaya(i don't have a problem with him, but there's better singers in the competition by far) but at least he's interesting to watch(i did not say FUN to watch, i said "interesting"), AJ is just boring. everything about him is boring. his looks, his clothes, his singing voice, his personality, everything.

Lakisha is safe, but I can see any of the three others going tonight. (Would like to see Haley go, Leslie is hilarious, and Antonella is a walking trainwreck)

I totally agree. I really do want to like Sanjaya, he's a cute kid, looks like a nice guy...but he is by far the weakest singer. And to quote Simon "This is a singing competition"

I think the other contestants are going to grow resentful of him as other, better singers are getting kicked off when Sanjaya really should be the one going home.

If Phil gets kicked off because Sanjaya gets to stay...there will be he!! to pay!

He looks rather androgenous to me. If he wasn't in with the guys I swear I wouldn't know what gender he was...you can't tell by the way he looks or sings or dresses..seriously.

I missed most of season 1 and don't remember him using it so much in 2...but I am really tired of it!
