Blake is my favorite, he seemed so at ease and relaxed on stage and I really loved his voice.
see, i wasn't shocked that Paul left. first of all, he didn't wear shoes.....i don't like feet. feet scare me. so seeing that just disgusted me. and second of all i couldn't understand a durn(yes, i said durn!) word he was singing! he kind of mumbled everything.
Sundace better go within the next week or two. he's just not good. i think, what happened, is he was great at singing the one song that he sang during the auditions, but he's not really that great of a singer at all. i still don't get how he got thru from Hollywood.
Sanjaya, i like him, but man......don't let your sister pick the songs, honestly. let someone else do it.
and i'm still annoyed by Randy saying "you can't sing a song from the great Stevie Wonder and expect to do good" or whatever crap he sputtered out, considering last season they had a whole night dedicated to Stevie Wonder!!! seriously.....Randy.......just.........*smacks him* there, now i feel better.
Did it seem to anyone else like he was crying whenever someone was voted off? I realize that he's a "sensitive guy"...but I can't figure out whether I find him crying for EVERY SINGLE PERSON sweet or disturbing...
Did you go?????
LOVE
HIM

I know I'll probably take heat for this, but I find this kid disturbing as a whole. Everything about him gives me the oogies. He reminds me a bit too much of Michael Jackson.

The minute I saw that he was going to be on I thought "we've got to send a paramedic to ckay's house...."

what did ya'll think of Chris Sligh's explanation in regards to back talking to Simon?

The "dog-walker" lives in Chicagoland too...(St. Charles
Fantonellas!BTW, the EVER growing group of numbnuts supporting Antonella call themselves the FANTONELLAS...I will never understand that type of mentality.
I actually think that VFTW has more of an impact in the very early rounds when many people don't vote at all. If you happened to look at the Dialidol results before the results show aired, most of the contestants were all lumped together. On the girls' side, there were actually 9 girls who were predicted to be voted off (#3-#12), that's how close the voting totals were. So, if you throw in a big block of votes from VFTW for any one of the contestants at this stage, it's going to have a big impact. I think their impact wanes as the season goes on and people really begin to vote heavily for their favorite.I'm not surprised at tonight's results. I am surprised that VFTW seems to have had an impact on the results.
Honestly, I think both Sundance and Antonella will make it to the top 12 because of the reason I stated above. (They're the VFTW picks.) In truth, I haven't given up on Sundance as of yet, but he's GOT to improve his song selection. Nights in White Satin was horrid! While I do think that there were worse singers who could have left last night, I really feel that those four needed to go as well. Really, were any one of the one voted off last night a huge loss? Give it time, the others will eventually get the boot. Antonella and Sundance might be around a bit longer than necessary, but that's only because of VFTW and men who vote for Antonella because of her looks and nasty photos. I still don't think either of them have a shot at being our next Idol.

I think he [Chris S] was just trying to "make nice." I think he was afraid that he may have made a mistake in talking back and he was trying to fix that mistake.
I think he meant what he said on Tuesday night but regretted doing it after the time passed.
I genuinely think that Chris likes Simon and I believe him when he says he has nothing but respect for him. Chris won't take himself too seriously. Obviously, he wants to win the show and/or stay on the show for as long as he can for the exposure factor, but I think he realizes that the show is ripe for criticism. Seriously, folks, it's not the "best" produced reality show out there (they promote some contestants over others, the banter between the judges and Ryan seems forced)...there are reasons to make fun of the show. And I think Chris sees that. He understands the importance of the show, but he also realizes that he needs to have fun with it.

Hi.![]()
I hate for my first post to be the lone dissenter here, but I have to say, I feel so sorry for Antonella. The pictures of her on the internet are terrible. What kind of friends/boyfriend would do that to someone? And the trash that is being said about her....so many people ripping her to shreds and calling her ugly and a horse face. I think her "friends" wanted to hurt her, and I'm sure they did now.
I think it's a shame. I don't see what she's done to deserve all this.I didn't think she came off as arrogant on the show ever. Her friend did, but not her. Honestly, I think her beauty was a big mark against her before she even opened her mouth due to jealousy. (not this board)
I'm just sad that people can be so vicious to a 20 year old girl that they don't know. And I feel sorry her parents have to witness it. They must feel horrible.
And yes, she did a bad job, but I don't think the kind of backlash she is getting is necessary.
