I will be happy to actually be able to see the show tonight. Our local Fox network was off the air all evening last night--probably snow storm related--what the hey--did that local not realize this was AI night????? I will bet that little outage cost them some local advertising $$$$.

Where's the AA woman that was a back up singer? She came to the audition so unsure of herself and then BELTED out a song and sounded amazing. I saw a very brief glimpse of her yesterday - but that was it - I really hope she did make it - I want to hear more from her

Oh, yes, it goes without saying that I couldn't stand Ms. Flirty friend. I haven't liked her since her first audition. Dh and I both think she is the type that would have turned on her friend in a second. I think her getting booted off is probably the best thing that could have happened to the other friend as far as the competition goes. I'm not sure, at this point, if I like the other girl yet or not either. She seems a bit nicer though. Guess time will tell.

I was so disappointed Ms. Flirt stayed, and then did you hear her say "God picks the right people to reward" or something along those lines? I was SO happy when she got the boot after that comment.

I heard her say that - thought she was pretty rude, to be honest. I actually thought she forgot a few words during her group performance & was surprised she went on to the next round anyway.

You really have to assume that this thread will and does have spoilers in it. It has for the past two seasons.

OK. I know and don't mind that these types of threads will discuss shows that have aired. I've just not seen people reference true spoilers (ie things we don't already know if we're watching the show). So I was surprised. I will have to decide how much it bothers me, I guess. I just read for the first time today and don't know the history of the AI threads as far as that goes.

I agree - DH & I looked at each other & at the same time said, "Wow, they could be a group right now". They were really good & entertaining.

Love Chris Sligh also but I agree that he should tame his hair down a bit. It's distracting.
