Gina Glockson singing Celine (required chest poundings included there at the end)? Shocker, there...although I guess this song isn't a "Celine" original. But why was she singing this? Isn't she the rock chick? Not all that impressed. Don't quite get what Randy and Paula were saying.

I thought she had a great voice....maybe the second best voice of the night

I like Gina...and I think she does have a good voice, but I didn't like her singing that song, I guess.

no i think that the song wasn't the BEST choice for her to sing, but i agree, she was one of the best singers so far of the night.

i'm just really spoiled, i think.

i had this to look forward to each week last season........

LaKeisha may be from Flint, but she currently lives right up the highway from where I live in Annapolis. I'm in an eastern suburb and she is northwest of the "city" (Annapolis is more like a big town)

LaKisha - I know she can sing, but she didn't sing this song as good as Jennifer Hudson did. And, personally, I can't stand this song for the simple fact that people use it just as for "showiness."

I knew that Randy and Paula would sing her praises, but with Simon saying it was in a whole different league was surprising to me. Like I said, maybe it's just because I hate it when people use it as this "showy" thing.

Sorry, but Melinda's getting my votes.

Stephanie- Very good, her voice is soulful. She definitely was good.

Amy- It was okay, nothing really outstanding

Leslie- Good, still prefer Kelly’s version of this song.

Sabrina-Voice is good and the performance was good.

Antonella-An overdone song. Not impressed and don’t look so shock when Simon gives you criticism

Jordan-Very good, good voice for her age.

Nicole- So not impressed at all.

Hailey- very good voice but not that impressive. It doesn’t stand out

Melinda- Blew the roof off the place.

Alaina- Not impressed

Gina- Very good, vocally. It started off slow but got better

Lakisha- WOW! Yet another one who blew the roof off the place.

Overall: Girls ruled this week.

I loved her...she gave me chills but she needs the makeover team...to fix her hair and dress her up....but the gal can blow....Melinda was great too...

also Ryan brought up a great point I hate the whole 6 vs 6 thing....why cant we have the 12 best....

because SOMEONE would chime in with "omg it's sexist!" because last season people were chiming in that the competition was racist because the final 4 were all white.
