I agree with the majority of you here. Chris was by far my favorite with Ace in second and Taylor third. The others did OK in my book. I would like to see Sway and Bobby go home this week. The others need a second chance.

Also, am I the ONLY one bothered by Elliott and Bucky's serious dental issues? There's at least one or two more that need help, but the two of them REALLY need help. I can't get past that enough to honestly listen to what they're singing.

Also, am I the ONLY one bothered by Elliott and Bucky's serious dental issues? There's at least one or two more that need help, but the two of them REALLY need help. I can't get past that enough to honestly listen to what they're singing.

Not sure if I am bothered but I certainly noticed. Maybe instead of a shopping spree it will be a trip to the extreme makeover dentist. Oh wait. Wrong network. Darn!

You know what sort of ticks me off? There's always this double standard in the media and entertainment industry. Ugly guys have "character" and ugly girls are just not seen.

Let's be honest...there are a couple guys who aren't very attractive this season. But has AI ever put through an ugly girl? None that I remember. In fact, it seems the opposite happens...some girls are getting by on their looks.

While one guy in particular was singing tonight, I kept thinking that had he been a girl, there would have been no way he would have gotten to the finals.

And that's my rant against double-standards.

I kept singing that song during one of the performances. I think the order of the performances had something to do with it and the huge variation in ages.

Well I guess it is a matter of opinion but I think there are some ugly girls on this seasons show. Or at least unatrractive.

On to the guys singing. I am halfway through the show in my time zone and I ma just confused by the song choices. They are awful. Jackson 5 guy? Patrick come to my window? Yucky Bucky.
So far I thought the girls were much better.

No, you're not the only one! I made the comment to my daughter that they need to bring in a cosmetic dentist for this season.

Chris was my favorite, Ace second. I think I must be the only person around who does not care for Taylor. He looks like he needs to go to the bathroom or is having some kind of seizure when he sings! I can't pay attention to the vocals for focusing on that.

You're right that it is a matter of personal opinion. I certainly don't think all the women are top models but I think as a whole, they are a lot more attractive than the group of guys. But don't get me wrong - there are some smoking hot guys too! .

This years crop of guys is much better looking then the past couple seasons. Why don't we have a drooling smiley here?

I thought the best two tonight were Chris and Taylor. I've loved them since the beginning and they definitely didn't disappoint me. This is what I thought of the rest of them:

Good: David, Will, Kevin, Elliot, Ace

OK: Patrick, Bucky, Gideon, Bobby

Really bad: Sway

Let me say again that I love all 3 of the 16 year old boys. I thought David and Will picked corny songs, and they may not have been the best vocalists tonight but they were far from the worst. They both looked very confident and comfortable while performing and they knew just how to work the audience. I thought they both did very well, and was surprised at how hard the judges were on them. As for Kevin, I still love him and I would love to just pinch his cheeks as well. I thought he sounded good, there were no off notes or anything, but he just did what they would call a "safe" performance. He didn't really showcase his voice that much, and I've heard him sing before and he definitely has a nice voice.

As for Elliot, I remember his group in Hollywood and I thought he was the best in his group back then. I thought he did very well tonight but I disagree with Simon's comment. He has a really nice voice but I wouldn't go as far as saying that he's the best male vocalist in all 5 seasons (Clay definitely has him beat). I'd like to see him do well but I'm afraid that comment might have hurt him.

And Ace is good looking but he can also sing so I know he'll make it to the top 12 because of his looks and his voice. He's definitely one of the top 6 guys.

When Sway sang I was thinking this is horrendous! His had to have been the worst performance of the past 2 nights and I was thinking the judges were going to rip him apart. I was shocked when Randy and Paula were praising him!

Anyways I think the bottom 2 guys are definitely Sway and a tossup between Patrick, Bucky, Gideon and Bobby, but I would have to say Bobby because he was pretty boring.

I actually didn't think there was anything wrong with the dental-issue boys. I thought they looked kind of.....good. Not hot...but good.

Oh yah! I wonder how old he is in this pic? I don't mind the gray hair though - it gives him a cool look IMO.

But you know the way he moves when he sings? Kinda makes me wonder if he moves that way...uhhh..in other areas of his life?

OK - I know this is a family board - but certain activities with this guy just might be dangerous!
