I'm rewatching last night's show right now, and Kat *really* does not like criticism, does she? It's like she's utterly bewildered that people don't fawn all over her. And I'm so glad Randy FINALLY told her to Just. Sing. The. Melody. I'm *tired* of all the runs--just sing!!

I noticed the exact thing last night. Vocally Kat has almost brought me tears on a couple of songs (Somewhere over the Rainbow included) but everytime a judge criticizes her she looks and sounds like a spoiled little girl and that's such a turnoff for me. Probably the reason why, personally strictly considered, I would lean for Elliott. She seems like she EXPECTS to win and he acts like it would be a BLESSING to win.

Kat seems to recoil at the thought of someone criticizing her. Last weeks' elimination, which I saw OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER.... ... she looked like she was about to vomit. Her parents seem to dote on her and she probably has not had lots of rejection in her life... if she's going to be in this business she'd better get used to it!!!

Elliott seems so geniunely THRILLED to have gone this far and you know what? I'm PROUD of him, too!! He wasn't a frontrunner or a typical fan favorite, but he hung in there and made it this far. With everything in life he had to hurdle, that is an accomplishment! God bless him.

It's obvious Taylor has been through this business for a LOOOONG time and doesn't seem to give a hoot what people think about him. He has the gall and the nerve to do what he does every week and does it because it's HIM. The only time it seems he looks uncomfortable is when the limitations or the confines of the competition is on his back. Being that he's been on his own for so long, AI can be an albatross and if he wins... he'll have to deal with it for however long it takes.

Well, it's not too long before the show... crossing my fingers AND toes!!!

Yeah, but there is about 2,000,000 votes difference right now on that site, which is an awful lot to make up. I'd be surprised if the results changed much at this point.
