When is it ever a question about Taylor being safe? According to Simon he's already in the semifinals!

Seriously, it is nothing against him (in fact, he has started to grow on me some over the course of the season), and I can clearly tell he's having a blast being on the show, but I really cannot stand all the "Taylor rocked!" or "Taylor is so awesome!" comments anymore. I really just don't think he is all that great.

Elliott was excellent on both songs tonight but from the tone of things here my guess is that he goes home. I didn't think Trouble would be a great song for him. Boy, was I wrong! To have all three guys in the final would be just awesome.

Chris had the most difficult song lyrically with A Little Less Conversation and yet, was able to nail his lyrics. Katharine, OTOH, had the simplest with All Shook Up and blows them. That's just unacceptable at this stage of the contest.

As for her version of Can't Help Falling In Love, let me quote James Bond in Goldeneye:
"Tell me, who's strangling the cat?"
That was absolutely painful to listen to. I REALLY hope she goes home tomorrow.

I loved Taylor's version of In The Ghetto, which, BTW was written by a long-time favorite of mine, Mac Davis.

I thought Chris sounded great!!! I have liked him from the beginning and will vote for him till the end. I also thought Elliott was very good.Chris and Elliott should be the last two standing. I do hope that Chris is the winner!!!

Simon was so off base about everyone tonight. LOL! I usually agree with his analysis of the singers but not today. Noone is ever really safe with the way the voting is done.

No need to duck...I don't throw things. We just have different taste in music.

Taylor: song 1: A lot of fun, good cholice, YEAH from me!
song 2: I don't like that song at all, BUT I loved how Taylor did it.

Eliott: song 1: Didn't really like it too much, 2nd half got better.
song 2: I really enjoyed this one!

Kat: song 1: I was enjoying this, but I wish she stuck to one song, not
change it up. Forgetting the words...woops.
song 2: My favorite Elvis song, not her best, not her worst.
Chris: song 1: Nice job, Good song choice.
song 2: Looked bored through the whole thing, didn't follow
Tommy's advice about feeling the music.

Elliot was 3rd- I usually hate him but tonight Katherine was SO bad that he couldn't possibly be 4th LOL...I didn't like any of the songs he sang though.
