Anyhow.. cue the Pickle and the birds stop letting out even as much as a peep. They hang on the side of the cage watching her with their heads cocked in some strange fashion.

They have found their leader.

And with that hairdo she was sporting tonight, I think they expected her crest to pop up at any moment.

Oh, and Reilly... hid his head in my hands during the second round of the Pickle.

This just strikes me as unbelievably funny. Their leader? Kellie's crest popping up? Oh my!!!

Did anyone else think it was strange that the judges blasted Katherine for singing a Whitney Huston song and "saying she was as good as Whitney" --
but said nothing to Paris about trying to say she was as good as Barbara... or to anyone else, they all were singing the songs of the 'great'.

I was just amazed that they all blasted her like that. The whole evening made me wonder if they were trying to see if they could effect the voting by what they said. Nothing they said all night made sence to me... except their comments about Chris.

Well i am glad to see that i am not the only one that thought Katherine was great and Paris needs to go and Kellie ohhh lordy there are no words for how bad that was! she also needs to go!! ughh...

Coming in really late tonight.........

Katharine- I thought she was terrible. The voice, the performance, the dress, it was all just really bad.

Elliot- Great night for Elliot, he was fantastic.

Kellie- Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I hope she's still around next week.

Paris- I didn't like it, way too old and big for her.

Taylor- I love Taylor. Rocky start, sounded really nervous. But he pulled it together in the end and I enjoyed it.

Chris- I'm going against the grain here and saying it was just OK. Not bad, but nothing really special either.

Best by far- Elliot

Who I want to see go- Katharine

Elliott has the best voice in the competition, and I LOVE him. I voted for him tonight. I didn't really like his song choice, but I always enjoy listening to him. I loved his comments from the judges. I want him to win.

Chris chose a perfect song for him and I thought he did a fantastic job. If Elliott doesn't win, hope he does!

All the others did really bad, I thought. I was hoping Katherine would do a good job with her song, but it was just not good. Taylor seemed like he wasn't feeling well or something. He has lost some of his pep the past couple weeks. Not enjoyable. Kellie and Paris were both really bad this week. I had to fast forward my Tivo through the last half of their songs.

If anyone wasn't touched by Chris's performance, I will be stunned.
Also I was surprised but I Liked elliot too. I have never been af fan of his but that was good.
I hope Katherine worned her family abut that dress it was just a bit much Kellie and paris stunk the place up.

Taylor did ok but I still dont like him or his syle of music.

Well, for me it was another great night...with one really sour note! And I really want that sour note to go home.

Katharine - Unlike the judges, I thought she did a great job. I got goosebumps. And as for comparing her to Whitney...I say Whitney who?? It's been so long since she has had any thing out, so who cares. Kat made the song her own, and I am glad that she was not trying to do a carbon copy of the original. I say way to go Kat!

Elliot - Yes, he has a nice voice. But he doesn't seem to really listen to the guest who come on every week to help them with the theme of the week. For me tonight was the same'ole-same'ole...nothing amazing. And I actually got board while watching. But I don't think he was the worst of the night.

Kellie - WHY IS SHE STILL THERE??? Luckily she never really tried to go for the "money note" or my ears would really be bleeding. And the fact that she sung the song with out an ounce of life oozing from her, just shows she thinks her looks will get her through this. Please, oh please let this be the last week that I will have to be assaulted by the tone deaf singer!

Paris - Unlike others here on the board. I really did not have a problem with her performance tonight. Though I am still not a fan, I still think she should be there longer than Kellie.

Taylor - I guess I didn't hear the same thing that everyone else did tonight. I really like his performance tonight and feel that he should think about recording that as a single.

Chris - The best of the night. I love that song, and he did it justice. Can't wait to see him next week. I hope he will not be at the bottom again, like last week.

I only voted for three people tonight (using my land and cell phone), Katharine - I was able to get in 26 times
Taylor - I was able to get in 21 times
Chris - I was able to get in 31 times (This is why I am a little worried about him.)

Although I think Paris has a great voice.....I think she over did it on her song.

Paula wasn't in a very good mood tonight I wonder if that has anything to do will all the press she's gotten lately?

I usually love Katherine, but I have to agree with the judges...the song was too big for her....I don't think anyone will ever sing that song like Whitney...like Randy said, at Whitney's prime, she is/was one of the best singers ever in the world. I could not agree more. Man, her "Bodyguard" days were unbelievable. I mean, does it get any better than "I Will Always Love You?" I think not.

Other than that, I thought everyone was rather boring and made me yawn except for Chris and Elliot. I think Chris was the star tonight.

I thought Kat was great....she is steady climbing into my top 2...possibly knocking out Chris....Taylor still tops for me....Kellie is 3rd or 4th...Elliott sucks...I cant stand to look or listen to him...Paris is forgettable.....I think Paris goes home....Kellie has a large fan base and will still make top 3 I think...which I wont agree with but I still like her and think she is darn cute....GO HOME ELLIOTT

He was nowhere near the best last night....Taylor, Kat, Chris, and Paris were better....and to be honest I liked Kellie better than Elliott....

I would like to see Elloit and Kellie in the bottom two but afriad its not goign to happen...to me he is no better a singer than she is! Even tried walking out of the room so I didn't have to look at the little hobbit singing and just listen to him but didn't work, don't care for him any more like that then looking at him! Kellie...well she is just to bad for words! Chris was really really good last night and Taylor was ok...those are the two I would like to see in the top 2!

Each performer had two numbers to call in last night, but only one performance.

They didn't sing twice. They simply had two numbers to dial into, each.

Elliott was best last night, with Chris, Katherine and Taylor behind. Katherine looked incredible -- a real star -- but the song was too big for her. She still did a great job. Chris was just good; I don't think he's comfortable with that kind of music. Taylor was uncharacteristically uneven. Paris was great, but she's clearly out of her league now. Kellie was abomitable again.

I thought Katherine was very good. Didn't agree with the judges at all. Besides, she is absolutely gorgeous.

Elliot I don't like. I think he and Paula should run off together.

Paris I thought was awful last night.

Kelly was terrible as usual. Is she trying to get kicked off? And is she really that dumb to think Unchained Melody originated from "Ghost"?

Taylor was OK. Boring, but everyone is this season.

Chris was boring too. And I like Bryan Adams.

This whole season seems out of whack. The judges (and I mean Randy and Simon) - Paula doesn't count as she's always drunk - Know the competition is lousy this year. They're not into it. Ryan Seacrest isn't into it. There's just something missing this season.
