I actually said to my husband that I wondered if it was a made up story like the guy who stuttered on Americas Got Talent.

I wasn't crying over him before I knew he was lying. I thought it was manipulative he brought his daughter out there to audition with and the judges bought it hook line and sinker. Plus I didn't think he was that good anyway. He wasn't terrible but nothing memorable either.

I thought the same thing. I even searched the story thinking it was on Idol not another show.

I wonder if the show will just sweep it under the rug or if they'll mention it.

When he came out of the room there was a woman there. I just assumed wife and mom of the little girl. But who knows.

How did this guy think he wouldn't be caught in the lie with it all over national TV.

Also anyone who remembers her, Idol hopeful, Mackenzie Wasner didn't make it to Hollywood. She posted this to her facebook: “Hello Everyone!!

First off, I just want to thank you all for your amazing support. It was so much fun getting to sing for the celebrity judges on American Idol!!!! It’s something I’ve always dreamed of doing and they were all so kind and gracious, it was truly exciting.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will not be competing in the finals in Hollywood. While I’m disappointed, nothing will stop me from continuing to pursue my dream of entertaining everyone through my music. I’ll update my Facebook page to let you know about my plans – and I hope I get to meet all of you and sing for you! I can’t wait to see who is the next American Idol!! ”
