It was interesting to hear what they plan to sing on the tour so far. I am very happy to hear what Brooke and Jason are singing. DA's song is my favorite he sang all season (not HIS version necessarily -- but the song). I hope Carly doesn't ruin her song. DC kind of HAS to sing the finale song but hopefully he'll have more time than the others anyway and will get to pick some of the better stuff he did on the show. What would be REALLY cool is if he does any of his pre idol solo stuff -- but I'm not sure if they are allowed to do that.


Is there anyone going to the tour who wants to be completely surprised? In other words can we discuss things like the set list, special group performances, duets, etc -- or should that be put in white or maybe even a whole other thread. I have tickets for the show in Las Vegas and am reasonably sure I'm seeing them in Phoenix too. So I am seeing them early on and I wonder how much I should/can say. I like to know what I have to look forward to but I realize not everyone feels the same way. And I don't want to ruin it for someone.

The closest shows are the Kansas City shows and we will not be going. So I'd like to hear the details after you go.

did you read the ticker on the bottom while larry king show was going on tonight?

something about david cook taken to the hospital.
rapid heart rate and blood pressure up.

the ticker stated the stress of david's brother adam could have caused this medical issue.


i need to google that and see what it was all about.
it might have been something in the past weeks. the ticker was vague on when it happened.

most of the ticker info was past info on the other contestants
which makes me think this was something that happened to david in the past weeks.

I haven't watched it yet. But if they were scrolling stuff about past info....the hospital thing is something that happened during the competition. A week before or after Idol Gives Back, I think.

Well I just know people will start fighting with me. The one about DA and the one about Miley, I both wanted to comment on but I hit the back button.

I didn't see the DA thread. Just saw a miley thread...about her newest "leaked" racy photos. Out of curiousity...what were you going to post on that thread? I'm got some opinions on the topic too...but I don't think I'm going to post them there.

Well the dress they are talking about at CMT Awards. It had a back to it but you could plainly see she was not comfortable in it. She kept holding the dress to her.

jumping on really quick from work!! work......on a saturday yes i know! ugh!! but it was only for 3 hours, i get out in 10 minutes!

anyway OMG!! my baby won!! i'm so proud of him!! it was so sweet! i celebrated in my new house when he won lol.

and OH my god.......that Guitar Hero commercial......i thought i died and went to heaven!! but then they did the same thing with Archuleta.....and i felt kind of like a pedophile......seeing a 17 year old dance around in his underwear. not cool. but David Cook......he could just wear underwear and nothing else, and i'd be happy! lol.

anyway, doing LOTS of work on the house right now. we painted two rooms and cleaned a lot of stuff.
