First Lacey and now Kim. David Cook seems to like the ladies with the weaves..... and you guys had the NERVE to laugh at my fake hair purchase!

I'm going to clip that baby on and meet him in Disney. The next thing you guys will hear is DC doing a Madonna cover.....

Not sure if he ever really dated Lacey. In her update bulletin on myspace today (yes, I was/am a fan of Lacey) she mentioned that she is NOT dating Cook. No kidding, Lacey...he's with Kim.

But to complain about it sounds like sour grapes. Maybe she should have shown some personality and then people would have voted for her? Or talent? The guys this season were the more talented. It's just the luck of the draw of who gets in the top 24. After that, you have to fight for votes yourself.

I agree.

Brooke made it sound like females don't vote for females or something. WRONG. I pick my favorites based on the voices, charisma, performance, personality, etc. My top two were DC and Carly this season. She's just bitter because some of the guys on the show have better vocals and more charisma.

I did like some of Brooke's performances and I have them on my mp3 player. But she annoyed me on Larry King. She seemed pouty the whole time. Probably because she wasn't getting much attention.

There was quite a bit of sarcasm in her voice. I strongly, STRONGLY doubt she'd make a comment like that in front of everybody. Judging by their reaction to her there were most definitely some inside stuff there since they all started cracking jokes when she made the comment. She was trying to make a joke about the cookies and flowers that were being sent but by the time she got to it everybody was talking all over each other. She was still smiling in the end which pretty much indicated to me that she was more amused than annoyed by it. I think she was advocating on behalf of Carly and Syesha. She never claimed to be one of the best singers.

They have to select an even number of boys and girls to perform on the show. Unfortunately they got a fantastic group of guys and the ladies had three anchors in the form of Amanda, Ramiele, and The Colonel. They didn't stand a chance even if they were better singers (Carly/Syesha) than the guys.

This season's outcome was influenced by the rabid female fans out there. Don't believe me? How many times did you ladies vote for DC? Yeah, that's what I thought.

Thank you! There are so many Brooke haters here. I think it's because she's blonde and skinny. She could be saving puppies from a burning house and still draw fire with this group.

Well, I do think she looked better when she was younger and had more meat on her bones.

Complaining doesn't bother me. I thought it was honest -- not sour grapes. And actually KLC and Syesha said just as much if not more than Brooke did -- so I don't understand why Brooke is getting so much heat.

Was this on Larry King? I missed the Monday one. Does anyone know if it will be replayed?

As for her point, out of the 7 winners on AI more than half were female, Kelly, Fantasia, Carrie and Jordin. The guys were extraordinary this year, for the first time to my knowledge. The guys who won were supported by men AND women, they need the mix to make it. Though guys don't vote like girls do, Ruben, Taylor and David Cook had major male support and fans.

It also helps to get the housewife vote!! Right, DC???

It's pretty funny that people think web page views and text or call in votes are representative of a fan base. By these figures Archie should sell 44 million albums every week. Yeah right.

First came up the idea of an idol each season for each gender. While the camera was on the two Davids you can hear Brooke say "Well then the girls would have had a chance this year" and it sounds like Carly says 'yeah" -- camera pulls pack and Brooke is LAUGHING. No pouting. AT ALL.

Then KLC says "Guys have it a lot easier though because girls go crazy over guys -- oh c'mon you know it"

Then Syesha mentioned daily deliveries of cookies and balloons, Brooke mentioned a stack of mail, and Carly the 50 baskets.

So again why is BROOKE the bad guy? Are you getting KLC and Brooke mixed up???

There are a lot of Brooke haters here. She's pretty much doomed from what I can see. Even if she stops talking she'll be slammed for being too quiet. She can't win. Poor girl.

During the 4 hours of the finale...I think I tried maybe 3 or 4 calls each hour. I got busy signals so I went back to what I was doing.

But I don't understand...what do my voting habits have to do with anything? I voted for Syesha just as many times as I did DC during the top 3 episode.

And I fail to see how you make the leap to that from her "pouting" the whole show. I want to know what she SAID that made you write the above statement. Or did you get her mixed up with KLC?
