Has anyone used it at Universal? Is it worth a stop?
What are the offerings at the lounge?

It`s cool, you can get water and little snacks like granola bars........

You can charge your phone too. And that's about it.

Not really worth a special visit unless you were passing.

As an FYI, you can only access the lounge if you bought your tickets off of universalorlando.com using your Amex card (according to the website at least)

I was underwhelmed by it. We grabbed a few of the really small water bottles (we call them 3 sippers) and a bag of chips and left. It's a small room and I think 3 families were already there so there wasn't any space to even sit. I think it would be nice if you had a little one and needed a cool place to sit for 30 minutes while they took a quick nap or cooled off but we didn't see any reason to visit.

Right granola bars and kettle chips. Neither do I really like. Right, small bottles of water. Kept in a small refrigerator, but not cold enough for me. All you can take as much as you want. Seating is first come, first sat. Can be busy. They have all different generic chargers for you to use, but none fit my phone as it's cover prevented a not apple charger. If you have your charger, you can plug into wall. It was nice and quiet, but I would not seek out if I was not in the Studios and felt like stopping in. Plus, think they are only open 12 to 5, so not that convenient for me as to hours either.

If you are in the area, might as well stop in. Cool AC in a quiet, small room, and free water and snack.

Yes, there is a single bathroom between the doors and I have found it to be generally clean, and sometimes have to wait in line for it.

I remember just showing my Amex card. Do they normally check to see if your ticket was purchased with one?
