Amending a Virgin Holiday??

Hi,

Has anyone ever amended their Virgin Holiday booking - or more specifically added nights to their Villa accomodation?

We currently have a few independent nights before we check in to the villa, as we were thinking of going down to Clearwater - but we now want to add a couple of nights at HRH and then 2 more nights to our villa.

I rang Virgin yesterday and she seemed to be ok with the HRH booking, but said there was a problem with adding 2 nights to the villa and for me to ring back on Monday!!!

I thought it seemed a quite straightforward request - Do you think I am going to have problems doing this??

It could be that the villa has been rented to someone else already. I assume that Virgin deal with various villa managment companies, so they would need to see if they can move other bookings round to accommodate your extra nights.
With a hotel with plenty of rooms to spare extending the number of nights wouldn't be that much of a problem.

Check whether they are going to charge you an admin fee first as they can charge £20 a person in some cases. Hope you get it sorted.
