has anyone used this while staying at a disney resort? if so do they deliver it to your room or the lobby? We will be at old key west

was easy -- was delivered to bell services and it confused them slightly but wasn't a big deal

I just used it at beach club earlier in the month. I put a message to leave with bell services and they did. Got a notification in my phone when it was delivered and bell services delivered it to the room with the rest of our stuff.

Other resorts with a convention center will usually have packages delivered there, not at bell services. The package fee at those resorts can run $5 or $10 dollars per package.

This is different Bill. No charge. It's a courier that drops it off.... Not like ups or fed ex or the mail. They didn't charge me at beach club. The driver just pulled up and gave it to them at the front stand.

Amazon Prime Now = courier delivery

Amazon Prime Pantry = shipped with possible convention center fee

I expect that Disney will put a stop to couriers just dropping off. They do not want any deliveries visible at the resort.

That may be true. Technically under amazon prime now conditions "someone" needs to be there in person for delivery. I happened to be on my way down from the room to meet the guy (and then get an Uber ride) but he arrived before I got there and bell services accepted it.

If in the future bell services stops accepting prime now deliveries no biggie. They guarantee delivery within a 2 hour window and you get a notification when the courier is out making deliveries

Here is another issue, Disney stopped ECV, stroller, and grocery deliveries to bell services unless the company is an approved Disney partner. Deliveries from non-approved companies, the customer must meet them outside.
