From the interviews on GMA from the eliminated teams, it seems that no one liked them. Usually there is one team everyone dislikes during the race, but post race things improve or at least some teams like you. In this case it seems no team was a fan of the Weavers. I'm sure there is alot of things we don't see on TV, but obviously there was something going on that we may never find out about. I remember reading that the Weavers were the only team who did not contact the team from NO post Katrina. For being Christians they are very no Christian.

That is a good point. Oh how I wish they would do a "behind-the scenes show" after this is over. I would LOVE to see how the Weaver's are during the 12-hour pit stop.
You are right about the other teams not liking each other, heck, even the other teams ended up not thinking Jonathan was not that bad after all, after the race. Most of the dislike of teams comes from the stress and pressure of the race, and the will and desire to win. Some teams do things that other teams may not feel needed to be done, ect. You get lied to, and people like Rob will do anything to win, and making friends at that point is not his priority. BUT, like you said, in every other season, the "disliked" team would always have nice things said about them during the post show interviews by the eliminated teams. The teams would all be friends by the end of the race. They all have a connection to each other that nobody else has. Nobody else had the experiences they had, and I would think a month of travelling together, and competing together would form a bond. Almost like a family, and some teams have even used the word family when describing the relationship between the teams. So, how bad were the Weaver's? Someone asked if after this was said and done, would we ask if the Weaver's were really THAT bad. I say YES. I am not talking smack about them. I am stating what they have done to cause me not to like them. Throwing garbarge at another car, UNPROVOKED. Yelling out at strangers on a bike. What did the guys on the bike ever do to the Weaver's? They're the nicest family they know. I am guessing, based on their past actions, if little Rolly's heckle had startled the biker's and they fell off their bike's, the Weaver's would of laughed, and kept on driving.
Chris Weaver said in her little McDonald's picnic, that they have never been disliked in their lives, it was all new to her, because everyone likes them. I can't believe that. I am sorry. Those girls are so very comfortable making fun of everyone, they have been doing it for a long time, NOT just in this pressure race. I am betting they are not liked very much in school. And Chris, you may THINK people like you, but I wonder if you were a fly on their wall, if you would find out different.
The Weaver's have to be HOURS behind the other teams.
I want the Linz family to win, and the sister's have grown on me. So, as long as the Weaver's are eliminated, and the Linz's cross the finish line 1st, I'll be happy.
I love how Phil told them there was no 1st place prize!
