Wouldn't it be nice for a change to have someone like Chip and Kim, whom we like, to win instead of teams like have won in the past? Not that they weren't good people or anything but it always seems that the favorites never make it to the finish line or none of mine have.

I agree!

I kinda picked Chip and Kim at the beg. of the race because they seemed the most "real" by this I mean someone you might meet and have a friendship with. I have enjoyed watching them at every point of the race and are glad that they are taking the time to appreciate all that they have been able to do and see. I just hope they can make Colin self-destruct and make it first to the finish line. Of all the teams I think if Chip and Kim win no one (besides Colin) would be disappointed!

Colin is an idiot as far as I'm concerned. He needs to go and quick!

And come on, Brandon & Nichole wouldn't shave their heads 'cause they are models? I mean, geeze, it would grow back before they went back to work. Such prima donnas....and I liked them up until that. I mean, a hat would get them through the show. They may even have looked better without hair.

I really hope Chip & Kim win.

I was actually pulling for the twins. I'm glad no one has used the Yield yet. I really don't like that. I think the fast forward is much better. Although, it looks like it will be used next week. I didn't really think this was a very good episode. Just not very interesting.

So far it seems as if having the last team of a non-elim round start the next leg with no money doesn't seem to have been that big a factor. Each of the three teams has been able to beg enough money to get started and actually done pretty well on that particular leg.

I missed the first half of the show.....did I miss anything good?

Due to baseball our channels were all screwed up!
I put on Channel 3 (local Channel) and it was some show with previews of all the new fall shows....then when It dawned on me and I turned to channel 2 (NY Channel) it was on, so I already missed the first half hour!!
I was bummed!

Ok I have to post again to say it is really starting to bug me that Chip is doing ALL the roadblocks and usually he offers to do them but this time Kim shoved it on him....

Also, did you hear in the previews for next week how Colin was Crying (he really sounded like he was crying) "ohh god I hate you" what a jerk!!!

Stacey, you didn't really miss anything. They showed Nicole and Brandon asking for money. It looked like they were in a hotel lobby talking with tourists. Then they showed everyone making their flight arrangements. They actually had a lot of coverage on that--not very exciting. No one really had any arguments or close-calls. I hope next week is better.

im glad I didn't miss anything, they were getting off the planes when I tuned in.

I agree. When Kim was opening the Road Block she just said "your doing it". He said "well, what is it?" She said something like "whatever it is, you're doing it" LOL. A few weeks ago she acted like she felt bad that she never did anything. Oh well, guess she got over that.

Sounds like Colin definitely has a melt-down next week.

Let's see the 1st half, you didn't miss much. Just everyone at the airport looking for flights. The bowling moms ended up with the latest arriving flight, but Chip/Kim & Kami/Karli had to ask for directions so the moms passed 'em.

Stacey - I taped channel 3 and found those previews you were talking about instead !! Their website said they were showing AR5 at 10 pm Oh well ...sounds like I didn't miss too much anyway....I'll catch it on Saturday !

Colin was actually pleasant and seemed to be having a good time this week. But I guess all of that will change quickly next week. I hope that Christie puts him in his place this time and that it helps them. Whatever else, they are VERY good at this race.

Poor clueless twins, always getting lost. This finally did them in this week.

Hi there,
I looked on the Digital Guide for Sat and it doesn't show AR on there at all, I think there is Tennis or Golf (not really sure but some sport) but we know that the guide isn't always right huh??

I'm glad the twins are gone too. I thought w/ them being athletic that they would choose the rapids. Glad Chip and Kim are still in it, and the bowling moms are really surprising me.
