Yikes Heather! I can understand why you're feeling freaked out. Since applications are tied to the account/email address used, I'm assuming the e-mail that is now the primary one for your account is not the one which was tied to the application (which is why it would look like you haven't applied). I don't think this would cause an issue with them having received your Round 1 application, but it might cause problems if you are selected to move on to Round 2.
This is the email address on the main page for the application, so I would try to contact them today and see if they can help clarify and resolve this issue for you: memberservices@wdw.twdc.com
