Am I too late for Feb?

We are planning a trip for 2006, and I originally planned for Nov-early Dec, 2006, but I got an email for a good airfare (which is REALLY hard to come by out of Wyoming) good through Feb. My question is can I plan a trip for Feb or will I run into a lot of problems? The other plus is my older DS is still 9, but will be 10 in Nov so he moves from child to adult so I would save some $$ there. Do you think that I can still get ADRs for that time? Do you have guesses what the crowds would be like? (note: We would NOT be there over Pres day weekend, so no problem there)
A negative that I see is that we wouldn't get to go to MVMCP if we go in Feb, but I guess that could also be a plus because we would be saving the $ for tickets for that.
I could use any advise that you have!!! :) Either way we still will go, I just have to decide when.

Thanks so much!!!!!

Feb crowds are very light except around President's Day. I am going the first week myself. We always go either last week of Jan/First week of Feb because we love the low crowds and mild weather :)

I never make any ADR's till I get down there- but we are always flexible so it's never been a problem :)

I'm also from Wyoming. What airport are you flying out of? We usually have to go to a larger market like Denver or Billings.

We are hoping to fly out of Casper. I can get tickets for $300 each, which from Casper is pretty good. I checked from Denver on Southwest and it was $325. I really don't want to drive to Denver this time because I am taking my two DS and my mom (DH isn't going). I wish we were like some on this board who could get tickets for $100-$150 each!!! That would be GREAT!!:) Anyway, weather would HAVE to be better there than here in Feb!!
Thanks for the info!
Keep it coming!!

We went the first week of February 2005...we booked only 3 weeks before we left!!! I LOVED booking late...I booked the same week for 2006 back in October and the wait is KILLING me!!!

Thanks for the info. I checked Casper when I bought our tickets and they were in that range $300.00-$350.00. We decided to fly from Steamboat Springs/Hayden for $338.00. I guess that's just the price we have to pay for getting to live in WYO.
Have a great trip :)

I don't think you are too late at all! In fact we didn't have a Feb trip planned but are now planning a weekend in early Feb....:) Just hope to get all our ADR's!
