Am I the only one that.....

gets up in the morning the days I'm off at the same time (5:30am) I would if I was working. The wife thinks I'm crazy. I always have to here... "Whats the matter with you, your nuts?" And today has a 2hr snow delay.

I do the same thing...although its not always by choice. I'm off today, didn't have to be up yet, but here I am DISing at 6:53 a.m.

Well, I don't "sleep in"...I am a morning person. Work not work, doesn't matter.
I am not working today so I did not set my alarm to get up at 5:30. I slept in till 6am.

(Of course this does not include the teen years, but we won't go there..... )

Same here I might be awake but not out of Bed . I'll start DISsing and watching TV for a bit before getting up and eating.

I try to keep the same hours no matter what. It's not good to stray from your regular sleep pattern. Plus, it helps when at WDW, because I don't mind getting up at early.

Me too. But, I'm a morning person and if I don't get up, out of bed and bed made by 5:30-5:45, I feel like I slept late.

For the most part. I might get up 15 or 30 minutes later but I can't really sleep in. Never have been able to.

Same here. I physically feel awful all day.

I can't sleep in either. It's funny, if I have to get up, that is the day I wish I could stay in bed. Saturday and Sunday I am tossing and turning at 5 or 5:30, so I just get up. DH and I are having coffee by 5:30 every day.

When I was at Disney this summer I would head to the food court for coffee while my Sis IL, DGD and niece slept. It was so quiet and nice to have coffee while reading my book.

I'll quote your wife... what's the matter with ALL of you, your ALL nuts... I swear I could sleep till noon if my kids would let me. I am up at 6:00 weekdays and 9:00 on great, wonderful weekends (depending on sports schedules) Not a morning person... but I could stay up all night if need be.

I wish I could sleep in, but I too am a morning person. 5:30-6:00 every morning. Even when i would like to sleep in a little, I have a ds who is an early riser as well.

There are only two reasons I will get out of bed at 5:30am
1) the house is on fire
2) one of my children is puking

Nope, I could sleep in if the kids let me. , but alas NO...I will be 38 this year, and would love to sleep in daily, however I feel like a real loser the odd time I do.
