It's been 48 hours and you haven't heard from her. Let it go, don't message unless you hear from her. If you really want to block her, I'd wait until 1/7, just in case she's been away for the holidays or whatever. After that, block her if you want. You'll have given her 2 weeks to respond; as others have said, no response is still a response.

I've let it go. Let's hope she has as well.

BTW I've had a less than expected product sold to me as well and I let it go at the time and figured I bought it so its my problem not the seller's.
I wonder if that was kind of the case here but since she told her family about it they took it upon themselves to annoy me.
