Am I going to be stranded?

We are planning to go to RFC at AK on our upcoming trip. The park closes at 7:00, and our ADR is for 7:30. Will there be bus service available to take us back to our resort after dinner? Wondering if we should change it to the DTD location instead?

you will be fine. buses run for 2 hrs after the parks close.

they wont strand you, just might take a bit to get back (for example I had a late yak and yeti dinner which had us out close to 3 hours after park closing time, there was a bus there, we got on, told the driver what resort we were going to and and then we left about 10 mins later we also stopped at 3-4 other resorts...so you'll eventually get where your going

apparently this "reservation after park closing" is something new-ish, at least to me... we were able to get ADRs for after park closing time at AK also (in November)... i was confident that disney transport would not leave us stranded, but it's nice to hear it from others

I have wondered about this also. Do you think they will rush you out? I changed a Mama Melrose ressie that was at closing because I was afraid we would feel rushed.
