I get a kick out of your jokes and I don't mind you posting. I usually text them to DD - some earn an lol, others an eyeroll.

I did, however, try to engage you a little to kind of get to know you, to get more from you than a joke (when you said you were in the Maldives). You didn't bite, which isn't a biggie at all. Just feeling like you post a lot, but you're a pretty vague figure on here, as opposed to others who are regulars, I feel like I sort of know them, or know that they're 'real'. To me you could be a robot, a 12yo kid, or a grown up man (or woman), who maybe was or maybe wasn't in the Maldives. It's fine for us to not know also, none of my business.

But I'd never call you a troll, or anything negative.

Ah! I've been trying to figure out what to say and I think it was somewhere along these lines, too.

I don't think of you as a troll, Domo. You seem nice enough.

But I often don't get the jokes and I don't feel like I know who you are, as opposed to some of the other posters here, other than maybe a few hints, which I'm not even sure of. Even if it's a little thing. (Like, I think you live in England, right? And you are a psychology buff. I am not sure if you are a man or a woman, or whether or not you have a child. Or a pet, lol - I think you do have a pet.) That's something I value, personally, so I'm sometimes perplexed. But how you post doesn't really bother me, everyone's got their own style.

I know Domo very well. He is not a robot. He is a wonderful, kind man. He is someone I consider a very special friend. Personally, I have no problem with his jokes. I don't always read them, but I enjoy the ones I do.

Domo I usually skip the joke threads, not because I think you are a troll, I'm just not into jokes. If you to want to post jokes go for it, we all have things that make us unique! I actually think a joke thread would be pretty neat.

So I was surprised and sorry to read this thread and find out that some people really didn't like them. I mean, they're just harmless "dad jokes"! What's not to like?
