am i able to make a booking with orbitz ?

Hi Has anyone booked a flight via Orbitz?? if so any advice would be grateful.
Ive found a flight with a 2hr stop over in boston with delta,
if we was to miss our connection, are delta under obligation to rebook us onto the next flight? even thou our booking was made via orbitz.

I used Orbitz for our trip to Disney. But our flight was direct. I would figure that they would schedule you a new flight but probably stand by.

We have just booked 4 flights with Orbitz all Delta flights.

I'm not 100% sure about the answer of your question however, within 24 hours all our flights were on Delta's website and I was able to move seats, upgrade to Economy comfort etc..

I would therefore presume that yes Delta would pop you on to the next flight if you missed your connection.

Makes no difference if you book thru Orbitz, your local travel agent or direct with Delta you still get the same conditions, its Delta's responsibility to get you to your final destination.
2hrs should be plenty but if not then they have to get you on the next available flight. That might not be the next if its full but they will do everything possible to get you on it. Also consider if there even is another flight that day. If you are scheduled onto the last flight of the day between Boston to MCO then you would have to wait til the next morning for a flght.

About 3 years ago friends missed their 90 min connection via Atlanta. They were told the next flight was full 1 hour later, they were guaranteed a flight 2 hrs later but put on standby for 1hr, they got on the 1hr flight but in economy instead of business class they were booked on originally. There are more flights from ATL to MCO than there are Boston to MCO.
