already got a tentaive plan for my Dec. trip

well, we arrive on Friday 12/1, plane comes in at 11:15 am (i know schedule may change), taking ME and should arrive to hotel by 1 pm. take bus to Epcot and spend some time there, eat dinner there (restaraunt? Dining plan!). Then we may be off to the MVMCP. Good idea? Our boys will be 3 and almost 6. Also thinking it may be nice to stay at the lodge for the day? Can I change my tickets to subtract that day? It's only $5 but I would hate for the day to go to waste!

Saturday 12/2 - Ak all day, arrive jsut before lunch. We'll go back to the AKL for dinner at Boma's.

Sunday 12/3 - magic kingodm when it opens, lunch or breakfast with Cindy, back to the hotel around 3 or 4 and evening at DTD

Monday 12/4 - AK, maybe breakfast with Donald

Tuesday 12/5 - MK, leave just after lunch and leave for airport @ 3 for our 7 pm flight home, early lunch at Tony's?

what do you think? We wetre just there in october and we want to focus on just MK and AK. We are on the dining plans so will need ADR's for whole stay. We will not be bringing a stroller and the youngest should be out of diapers by then, at least for the daytime. So no diaper bag, maybe a change of clothes in a locker along with light sweaters for evening. I realize it gets down to 50 but up here, thats light sweater weather maybe!

It sounds good, but I'm pretty sure that Dec 2 is Saturday, not Friday. We are booked on the 7 day Western that departs on the 2nd. We will be flying in on Thurs. Nov 30th. I am planning on MVMCP for either the night we arrive, or Friday night, whichever night they have it. We've been to both the Christmas & Halloween parties previously, and I love MVMVP! It's a great way to see MK without the heavy crowds!

yes it is, and thank goodness I booked the right dates for my hoteland airfare. I justrealized that above I used two dates for the 3rd. I thought I had messed up major1 Thanks!

Glad to know I am not the only one planning now for a Dec. trip. This past trip we did MVMCP our first day. We arrived around noon & spent the afternoon resting/at the pool. Then over to MK around 4ish. Most people were leaving and we were able to see Santa (no wait) & tons of characters. It was great! Then we had dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Our ressies were for 5:45. We had a great dinner & were done about 7. We went around the corner to Adventureland to get our pics taken (no wait). Then on to the rest of the party. We stayed until after the 2nd parade. I am glad we stayed at CBR that afternoon to rest. We just needed the down time. We had tickets for that day just in case we wanted to hit a park. I would try to eat at MK the day of MVMCP. That way you are already there & don't have to try to rush thru dinner & get to MK. Have fun planning & have a great trip!!!
