I got my IPO email for my March BC CL stay as well - your trip is pretty far off, how soon do they usually send that email out? Do you make any room requests through IPO, or don't they have any control over that? I already had my ADRs so I don't need any assistance with that - anything else I should be thinking about asking them/having them help me with? It's my first CL stay so this is all new to me.

They do sell buckets and shovels in the boutiki.. But f you are staying club level.. You get a bucket wen you check in..

They have a really decent selection of Disney movies on DVD you can borrow from them to watch in your room. Just ask them for the movies list at the desk.

You get a Really strange little bag of salt at the end of your stay with a note explaining it.

Sometimes you get a large bar of chocolate with the poly logo on it when you arrive..

We have always been taken to CL by a cast member in a golf cart.. But some have not..

I really like not having to stand in line in the GCH to check in.

I also like going to the CL desk to make reservations.

Oh and if you buy items in the park, when staying club level.. The items will be delivered to your room.. Normally you would have to pick up items at the gift shop.

They do not automatically give you one unless your kids are little.. But if you want one next time, just ask.. They are either on the shelf behind them or in the right hand side of the closed cabinet behind them.

It's the little plastic bucket and shovel that you would normally get at a dollar store.. They only give them to the little ones.. It's not something they just give to everybody.

CL is really great.. The only problem is getting spoiled.. And nothing else will do. Even staying at the poly in a garden room will destroy your ability to stay at any non-deluxe resort. So be careful..

They sometimes don't at all! I make my room requests though IPO. Aside from the Grand, I've never had a problem getting what I wanted. I should however note that my requests at the Poly are simply a third floor room. The CL staff assigns rooms for the CL guests so you should absolutely do it through them. I have them book my cabana for me. Last year I had them purchase my MNSSP tickets for me.

Congrats It seems like we hit four weeks and then it went into slow mo. Hope it speeds up again! It's not supposed to slow down til we get there lol.

I want to get my son's haircuts at the barber shop while we are there. Should I contact IPO to make that reservation or just call directly?

We made it! In Tokeleau garden view with the quiet pool just outside our balcony.

The poly pool is open as advertised as well as the slide.

Room is in ok condition. Fridge was a little warm, and the shower head has seen much better days. The cabinets at the front of the room are showing some wear and could be replaced but nothing that I would call bad.

We can see the castle down the side of the building (with the crane in place) but given we're paying GV prices can't really complain. Waiting for everyone to refresh from the trip down before we head out.
