Have you looked at the back of your ticket cards?
I didn't when our package came. BIG mistake on my part!!
It wasn't until we tried to ParkHop that I found out they sent us "OneDay-OnePark" tickets! When we were to have 5 DayHopper Tickets.
What a pain..... The entry gate sent us to the center ticket offices to see if they could correct the problem. After standing in line, the ticket office couldn't correct the issue. They said the only place that could do anything for us would be the WDTC office at the opposite end of DTD and they closed at 2:30pm.
I have never had any problems before. Now I'll be sure to look at all details on things.
Once we were able to get into the WDTC office, the staff saw a mistake had been made and they issued us our Hopper Tickets. Keep in mind the WDTC office is only open from 9am to 2:30pm. It wasted a huge about of quality time.........
